If you aren’t worried about the cost - spoil yourself. Lovely hotel in a great location.

Location was great at the station. Great for eating and shopping. Very nice room.

Quite expensive. Cup of coffee was $20.00.

まずはとにかくスタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしかったです。フロントに始まり、お部屋への案内係、ロビーラウンジのスタッフ、Barのスタッフ、館内ですれ違う方も態度も言葉もたいへん親切丁寧で、笑顔も素晴らしく、こちらまで笑顔になりました！もちろん館内の様々な絵や写真や案内、アーカイブバルコニー、お部屋の内装、窓からの丸の内や皇居側の景色も素敵です。ぶらぶらしていたら、時間が溶けてしまいました。 Barのお食事やカクテルも大変美味しく、雰囲気もお洒落。そしてアトリウムでの朝食は最高です！広々としつつ落ち着ける空間で、美味しいものを少しづつ色々食べられるなんて……一日中いられそうでした。是非また宿泊したいです。

良くなかったわけではないのですが、中年太りの私には室内着のお腹周りがきつかった。サイズが選べるとありがたいです。また、保安上の問題もあるのかと思いますが、天窓も外が見えると楽しいと思います。

Wonderful stay near Imperial Gardens

The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

Beautiful hotel, all that you need, centrally located.

It was centralized and beautiful.

If you just want to stay, come and go, there will be a LOT of offered assistance that you may not want or need.

Excellentes prestations

Cet hôtel est très pratique par rapport à l'emplacement. les prestations sont d'excellente qualité, le personnel très professionnel. la chambre est très bien équipée et dispose d'excellentes prestations. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est de trés grande qualité. Le bar très agréable et cosi.

Viagem à Tokyo em grande estilo!

De tudo. O hotel é muito bonito, bem localizado, praticamente dentro da estação Tokyo, que dá acesso ao metrô, ônibus, shinkansen. O café da manhã é o melhor que já comemos. Já ficamos outras três vezes e a qualidade continua impecável.

落ち着けました。

以下の点はあったものの、これからもステーションホテルさんへは、東京へ行った際は必ず宿泊させていただきます。

いつも利用させてもらっています。今回、お部屋が喫煙室でもあったせいか、空気清浄機を使わせてもらいました。空気清浄機の水を入れる蓋が大変汚れており、ステーションホテルさんにしては珍しいことだな？と思いました。

Nice room and great location and incredible porter staffs. Let down by simple things like tea bags which smacks of cost

The location is great, the green lift shortcut a nice surprise, the Marunouchi view, the porter service for narita express is fantastic.

The quality of amenities- tea bags, shampoos etc. for the room rates we’re paying, those items felt cheap (store bought) Hotel guests have to compete with outsiders to sit at the lobby lounge. Which closes too early in my opinion. Travellers will appreciate being able to sit and have nice coffee somewhere nice at the end of a long day walking in Tokyo.

ロケーションが駅なので街の観光の拠点になる帰宅時も便利アトリウムが明るく爽やかで朝食の気分が上がるホテルの中を散策出来、駅とホテルの歴史を感じられたクラシックな設えで落ち着ける

Unmatched Omotenashi!

The location, hotel rooms, facilities, services and most of all the staff in every location. The front desk, concierge, bell desk were extremely considerate and kind. There's unmatched "omotenashi"!

朝食がおいしかった。立地がよく特別感がとてもあった。ホテルの人達がとても親切だった。

よくなかった点というか、化粧品と乳液セットが1人1つしかなく、晩と朝使うにしては量が少なかった。

すべてがラグジュアリー。そのブランドを保つための細かな点がすばらしかった。朝食会場が美しい。朝食の内容も良かった。スタッフの人たちのホスピタリティがとても良かった。数人とかではなく、全員がすばらしい接客でした。最高に良い時間が過ごせました。高いだけの価値があった。

Wonderful stay.

Location - Right on top of Tokyo station - Central to everything yet separated from the busy environment of the station. The room has very high ceilings which can only happen in old buildings. The building itself is like a museum. We explored the corridors and admired a lot of the artwork / photos on display. Breakfast - was exceptional - lots of choices and all presented very nicely. Staff speaks very good English and are helpful. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Bath is spacious and has railings to help old people to get in and out.

Fantastic and unique hotel experience in the heart of Tokyo. Great staff, excellent hotel.

This is an exceptional hotel. The location cannot be beaten and the fact that the hotel is inside Tokyo Station is very unique. Our room was in the South Side Dome and looked out into the dome entrance inside Tokyo Station. The building is historic and lovely and the Japanese are quite rightly very proud of this iconic building. The staff were exceptional - nothing is a prblem and they all went out of their way to greet us by name from day 1. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. Closet space was good and there was plenty of room to pack and unpack large suitcases.

There were no issues at all with our stay. We loved everything

The hotel is a historic luxury hotel and located inside the station.

The hotel you stayed at was conveniently located near a traffic center, which made it easy for me to travel to other places.

The hotel doesn’t offer swimming pools.

Amazing design

It is a hotel with a special design. The room is comfortable, very clean, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is good and varied. The location near the train station is perfect for those who want to visit various locations in Japan. You can control everything with an iPad from the room, from the lights to ordering products delivered by a robot.

The view from the room is not the most beautiful, but the hotel compensates with the rest

The perfect Hotel to stay in Tokyo

Our two stays at the Tokyo Station Hotel were one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We booked a Junior Suite and were treated with a beautiful room almost in the center of the Maronuchi Side of Tokyo Station, right beside the Imperial entrance. The view straight towards the Palace Garden and the square in front of the station with all the tourists was amazing. The room was meticulously clean, with supercomfy beds and a huge amount of Bulgari amenities. Breakfast was marvelous with a vast array of Japanese and Western delicacies. But the most outstanding parameter was the friendliness of the complete staff we had contact with and of course the unique location of the hotel making it a breeze to find our way around in Tokyo and for our travels to and from Narita Airport or with the Shinkansen. After all we cannot imagine a better way to indulge in a holiday in Tokyo.

Fabulous

Absolutely beautiful hotel, such gracious and friendly staff.

Booked via booking.com - we were travelling as a family of 2 adults and 1 child aged 12. However when we arrived we found out that we are all supposed to sleep in one bed? The hotel could do with working together with booking.com to rectify this issue as we really needed an extra bed for the child. However the Hotel soon rectified that and were fabulous about it.

Very impressed.

The stand out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Always happy to go above and beyond regardless of request. Very organised and diligent. Fantastic location and the buffet at the Atrium was a memorable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel when you are visiting Tokyo!

The hotel was connected to the Tokyo station, so it was very easy to go anywhere, including catching Shinkansen. The rooms were very spacious and clean with high ceilings with very spacious bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was beyond delicious with a lot of selections (both Western and Japanese meals). Most of all, all of the staff were very professional and polite, and made us feel at home staying there. Since we had a lot of luggage, they have arranged the jumbo taxi (for a fee -- pretty reasonable) to pick us up at Haneda, and when we arrived, the driver was there waiting for us so that everything went very smoothly going to the hotel (I highly recommend this service, especially if you are traveling with your family).
