The staff were well organised and efficient even with my extremely late check in. The cabin was clean, tidy and had ample space.

There were a lot of things that seemed to go "bump" in the night. I sleep with white noise on so I was able to cover most of these up but I was unable to tell if these were other guests banging on things or branches falling off trees and onto the cabin roof, or some sort of wildlife getting up to mischief. The sounds seemed to be coming from various directions.

Mattress on bed was upside down, very uncomfortable when we lifted it to turn it had large stain on it.

Friendly, quiet, clean . Relaxing.

Shower far too tiny...slippery shower floor, kitchen cupboards grubby outside. No ice tray in freezer..gardens pretty sad...having lived in Hervey Bay for many years we remembered the gardens very well tended. Reception/parking full of weeds...!

wildlife and pond

Affordable, clean, staff were helpful on the phone, late check in option. Hot shower, warm heater, clean beds. Our stay was just a quick overnight stay so we didn't explore the facilities outside of our cabin but it was a quiet place to sleep with lots of green outside !

Everything was great and what you’d expect in a cabin. My only small complaint if any would be - A couple of spare pillows to choose from that aren’t quite so big - but other than that the beds were clean and comfortable.

The cabin was very clean, the park was well presented, great value for money

Pillows were a little worn.

The main bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Cabin was very close to other cabin and caravan sites. Inside the cabin was quite small and a bit tired. Although 4 adults were staying only one tiny shampoo and conditioner were provided.
