Lovely lady, cleab, good breakfast, just out of town so far enough out to avoid the noise but near enough to walk home after an evening out

Location and staff were great

Dust on the bed cabinets , we find hair in the shower and sink , an used razor ..... and they shut the heaters after 23:00

No hot water in the bathroom sink or heating in the bathroom. Heated towel rail there but not on.

I was deeply moved by the kindness & generosity of Cindy and Ashley who went above & beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and cosy. And even surprised me a little bespoke breakfast (scones!), when I mentioned I was going to have them in a cafe so skipping breakfast at theirs in the morning)...Cindy's touch moved me to tears 🤗 The house is quirky, colourful, full of character and very homely, the room big, clean and with a big, comfortable bed, a little table & plenty of room around, with an en suite bathroom and a great shower The house is situated 2 minutes away from the bus routes, the coastline and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city centre & train station. The 2 furry "landlords" living with them are also adorable & soooo friendly, they were the cherry on the cake!

There was not one thing I did not like.... I would go back in an instant.

The breakfast was plenty big enough and nicely cooked, plus a good selection of cereals, jams etc.

a very welcoming clean property with lovely decor and a real homely feel. Right from the start we felt right at home, the hosts were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Our family room was very clean and didn’t have the typical hotel feel, it had home comforts and personal touch. There was a fridge in the room which was a big help with the hot weather. This was stocked with milk at the start and then restocked again when our room was refreshed. We slept great! beds were comfy and no noise from other visitors of the B&B. Our room was on the back of the property and we had a lovely view of the garden with the chickens, which were funny to watch. The property benefited from parking which is free! Breakfast was amazing! spoilt for choice and no limits as to how much you can have. Food was cooked to perfection and always asked how you would like certain food cooking, type of bread etc. Plenty of choice and enough to suit everybody. close to town with a pretty ten minute walk

I loved the breakfast. Gorgeous typical English style room and delicious fresh to order breakfast was made. Home made scones and cream were a fabulous touch. Bed was comfortable and we had a fan which was great as it was very warm. Close to amenities and beaches. Cindy the host was very nice. We will return

We had a perfect stay in the family room. Location is excellent and very close to beaches, shops and places to eat. The breakfast was fantastic and the service top-notch. Highly recommend staying here.
