Great location, Carmen was easy to contact, beach front, many restaurants and bars to hang out in and great casino Foxwoods.

The location was okay and the place looked like the pictures for the most part. Looking back I thought the black spots on the curtains were mold/mildew but I’ve been getting bite marks the last couple days (the day after we got back) and pulled a bedbug off of me last night. Now I have to spend the next few days of my vacation (I took another flight to visit family) laundering all our clothes, cleaning the rental car and hope to God it doesn’t infest our houses. I’m never staying in a VRBO again.

Great location..walking distance to numerous restaurants and a casino. Ocean comes right up to back steps. Very quiet place...we only saw a handful of other people in the condo all week. Great AC and nice size TV. We had zero problems getting ubers within minutes every time.

The apartment was a wonderful getaway. The location was beachfront and the beach was never crowded. It was wonderful to open the slider/bedroom windows & listen to the surf every evening. We slept great! We could walk to many restaurants in Isla Verde and it was a short ride to old San Juan. We used Uber a lot & never had a problem. One very nice feature is the apartment comes with a parking spot inside the gated community if you decide to rent a car (which we did). Parking on the street would be a headache. We would definitely stay hear again. Just FYI - the apartment is very close to the airport which is good in one way but you can also hear and see them takeoff all day/evening which can be very loud.

My stay was good. I love the location of this condo. The room was smaller than expected and the building could use some updating. The elevator was broken so we had to keep walking up many flights of stairs which was annoying . Great location and Carmen was extremely accommodating .

Communication with Carmen was great! Her place is beautiful and the view is amazing!! It was perfect for my fiancé and I. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Overall, our stay was good! We had some issues checking in. The housekeeping wasn't finished yet, so we were not able to get the keys. This delay wasn't communicated to us so we were waiting trying to get ahold of someone. There had been some work going on in the unit because of the AC unit. The one wall was torn apart and we were not made aware of this until we were checking in. There were some issues with the elevators while we were there as well. One elevator never worked and the other only worked part of the time. The balcony and view was great! The beach was really nice as well.

It was our first time traveling out of the US and we were so thrilled with this property. The view was incredible. there were some issues with the AC but Carmen contacted me before we even checked in to let me know & to tell me maintenance was going to come out. Overall really really nice. And would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The check-in process feels like it could use some updating, it was a little complicated, and backwards. Other than that, the communication was great, and an overall wonderful experience!

Walking distance to everything you would need, a short cab or Uber ride away from Old San Juan and the airport which was super convenient. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch were my favorite part. The trip was for our honeymoon and we definitely made memories we will never forget!

Overall, the apartment was as pictured and waking up to the sunrise and waves crashing every morning followed by a walk on the beach was my favorite part of the vacation. Felt safe the whole time and there is great security on site and in this community! Would definitely stay again.

The balcony is the best part! I loved sitting on it every day. Even when we had a rainy day, we were still able to sit on it and enjoy the view. Everything is as shown in the listing. The building is quiet and you cannot beat the location -- you have two beaches steps from the building and it's walking distance to just about anything you'd need.

This property was just what we expected. The view was amazing! We had everything we needed for our stay, close to restaurants etc. The beach was right out the back of the property. We loved seeing the birds flying by the large windows. Would definitely recommend.

Entering the property was a wonderful and pleasant surprise, the ocean view was spectacular! The studio was very clean. We did have an incident with the air conditioning! We contacted Carmen and she was able to get it resolved! Carmen the host communicated well with us whenever we had questions.
Others have commented about the shower and how the water sets the floor because the shower is pretty open!
In any case, my husband and would definitely stay again!

Condo was amazing - Great location, two beaches to pick from. Only issue with condo was the check in was confusing. Luckily we ran into a tenant who showed us the location of the key lock box and how to get into the building.

This condo is every bit as nice as the pictures indicate. And the beach location is fantastic. The condo appears to be very recently updated. Not just furniture, but also new kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and well kept. The balcony doors fully open and fold back to give a huge opening to the ocean view. BEAUTIFUL!!We felt very safe and secure here with 3 keys required to get in (gate/lobby, elevator, and condo all have separate keys). It is a gated parking lot as well so a beeper/remote control is provided for your car. Isla Verde beach is beautiful. It is half soft sand and half rough, shelly sand. This condo is in the soft sand area. It was not a crowded beach at all. If you like a crowded beach you can go across the street a half block to the right and the other side of the point was a much busier beach. Several restaurants and a Walgreens drug store were easily in walking distance. We loved our stay, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean and a great view of the ocean! We left our patio door open @ night for a beautiful ocean breeze. We would recommend this condo.
