Location very good - almost on the beach and close to town center. There's a path from the hotel directly onto the beach so no need to cross a road. Good pool with no music playing i.e. nice and quiet.

The quality and choice of food could be a lot better. Too much bought in pre-prepared dishes rather than prepared and cooked on site. No gluten free bread etc. Some food that should be hot was cold or only warm. Paella was good as were the salads.

Complete indifference to a cat problem in a 1970s apartment.smell and urine problem on the balcony.could not have a door or window open..disgusting.

it was clean and room was just right for the 3 of us…..3 bed studio. didn’t spend much time in it and didn’t cook one thing! 👍

shame pools not open till 10am earliest but appreciate safety aspect.

no hot water on 2 separate days, toilet was reported broken and took 2 days for someone to fix it( told to use communal toilet at pool, dirty plates and cutlery left on staircase for more than a day

Great buffet breakfast, dinner was OK. Stunning beach in front A lot of Germans staying, so don't mention the war. I liked the room key concept

Some of the reception staff were very helpful but overall, the staff were non-existent and the dining room was awful for getting a clean clear table which had been set for a meal then looking around at evert meal for cups, spoons bowls etc it was really bad. There was no supervision at all in the dining rooms!!! We also experienced the real lack of sun beds and the early morning charge to get one and leave towels out to stop others using them so not good at all!!!!!

Just a general lack of staff and supervision which showed in the bar areas and most of all in the dining room which some meals was a bit chaotic!!!!!!

The staff in this property are doing their best given what they have to work with.

I usually only review positive experiences, but on this occasion I had decided that if I were asked by yourselves I would be honest, as you have a responsibility to people booking on your app to be honest with them. If I were in your position I would remove the property from your app. The accommodation is very old and run down. Door handles for example are green with wear. Sunbeds around the pool are covered in bird poo in the morning and are not hosed. I watched a member of staff scoop the poo off with his finger and rub it onto the bottom of the bed. Needless to say we used the beach after this. We had paid for half board as we could find no room only option. Within a few days we decided to ignore the fact we had already paid for food and eat out instead. The food is seriously below par and was ruining our holiday. I am genuinely considering not using your app going forward as it would appear the properties are not monitored by yourselves. The reception staff are over run with complaints. I work in the service industry and am well aware of the staffing issues facing people at this time and the stresses this puts on a business, the food situation however was a matter of the hotel buying in the cheapest products available. We will never stay here again.

Loved the location, pools, rooms very clean, aircon, price, distance from the beach!

Food, however, toast on a morning, snack bar and evening meal is fine if you’ve had a good drink all day, very basic, easy food.

The loacation close to the center was Great. The room was acceptable and I liked the balcony even though everything was a bit worn. I liked that we could use a shower room after we had checked out of our room

The whole crazy "all inclusive atmosphere" were guests were competeing about most things. There were obviously to few and to little of everything, from space around the pools, space in the restaurant, personell to fill food in the restaurant etc. This obvisouly leaded to a childish behavior by grown up people where they put their towel on the ground early morning and waited for the personell to unlock the sunbeds at 10 AM. We did off course not participate in this, but we saw it from our room and when we left for the beach. Also in the restaurant there were too long queues, to few tables and stuff was emptied. We found out we had to go toi breakfast earlier than the majority to get decent conditions including a table
