Good for a 1 night stay as is close to the airport for flights

Breakfast had a nice selection. Location was close to the airport, but far from anything else.

Unhelpful front desk. Bed Fiona cover was made from a synthetic material and kept sliding off the bed. Meals took around an hour to prepare.

Reception staff provided efficient and professional service. The room and bathroom were clean. Room service was fast and tasty.

Good facilities as expected for a hotel

Was a bit dated, staff tried to be helpful but was more like watching chickens run round with heads chopped off. Not much was done when request for service.

My bed’s spring was broken and it hurt me. I complained but there was no one. It got resolved the next day.

Expensive stay with mediocre food and small rooms.

Nothing as such apart from its nearness to the Airport.

Rooms are small and overall hygiene was not upto the level of a 4-star hotel. The food was also quite disappointing in taste.

EXCELLENT....

Myself and my wife stayed at your excellent hotel for one night (24th-25th April). Our stay was very pleasant, the room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. We had dined at your inhouse restaurant in the evening, (al la carte) the food was exceptional both the veg and non veg. The waiter ( name I cannot recall) was really good as he went out of his way to serve and answer questions my wife was asking him regarding the menu. (what he could not answer he went and confirmed with the head chef). Next day we had an early morning flight to catch, after checking out we faced difficulties with the arranged taxi, your reception staff (Mr Himanshu, Mr Vinod and Mr Mayur) were very helpful in assisting us with our transport and calming us with refreshment while we waited. Before booking the reservations at your hotel we had already made provisional booking for a hotel at AeroCity, (that being closer to the airport) After staying at Four Points Sheraton, we WILL be highly recommending all our friends and family to stay here as your staff are your BEST asset. Looking forward to our next visit to India.

Exceptional hotel near Delhi airport

Very nice hotel set in comfortable grounds where one can walk outdoors. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing! Duty manager Urmila was exceptionally - she made us feel as though we were visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel :) She was friendly, courteous and professional - as were all the staff we interacted with. Food in the in-house restaurant was also good. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfitable place to stay

Cleanest hotel we stayed in Delhi. Staff was very nice and food was great.

It’s a bit run down, but we didn’t mind - sheets, room and bathroom were all clean and tidy. Bed was comfitable.

Really good place to stay for night or two in Delhi

Really nice hotel which is bright and really clean. The hotel staff is exceptional and welcoming. The hotel premises are spacious enough to go for a short walk in the park. Restaurant is spacious and bright and the breakfast is exceptional - most probably one of the few hotel restaurants which serve also European food. The hotel is in a good location in case it is necessary to find a place for a layover between flights - it is less than 10 minute drive from Delhi IGI airport.

The hotel offers exceptional in-house services, which seem that come with similar prices :(. It is also a bit far from Delhi central area.

compliment for airport drop service was not given - i was booked for 2 nights but in reality i occupaid the room less than 2 nights. I was requested for compliment service for dropping me into airport but the manager didn't approve it.

Excellent Stay. Lovely place.

This is an exceptionally well maintained and spacious property. Rooms, lawns, walk-ways are spacious. We took a post-dinner-stroll in the garden area, and did not need to leave the site. Though, had the option of treadmills, but a walk in open air was better. The staff is very courteous, and is very well mannered. Their check-in and check-out process was also very swift. And...The food quality was amazing. We did not need to find any nearby restaurants, because their own restaurant gives lovely food. We really liked the breakfast, and also our lunch/dinner preparations were excellent. Overall i think this place is far far far better than some of the 5 star hotels in India. Location is very near to the airport. So if you need to stay just before/after your flight, or if you arrive in Delhi, but want to stay before starting your golden triangle trip to Agra or Jaipur, etc. this is the best place to stay. I would certainly stay there again if i need to.
