Island Boutique Hotel

+ Beach side hotel with easy access to the beach + Cleaning service was excellent + Sea view apartment with balcony + Costas and Christiana at reception and restaurant +Broken barrier, so parking was free across the road and ability to park on the side road nearby + Security safe in room +Breakfast was sufficient...ok considering it was included with enough choice + Sizable fright freezer in room + Air Conditioning + Shallow beach, excellent for kids and swimmers + Quiet location + Lifts + Baggage storage +Toilets in reception area

+ bit of a long walk into town, a good 20 - 30 mins + tired furniture in restaurant...dirty seat cushions. Need to update the restaurant furniture

I like it but I can’t come again because of windows blinds

Generally good Staff very friendly and supportive (amazing) Very little hotels have direct access to beach( this one has access to very nice beach)

I didn’t sleep very well because of blinds , they don’t block anything. If you can’t sleep with light, then don’t come to this hotel

Great place to do nothing, but you have to know what to expect

Very nice small hotel with a little own beach and a good restaurant. Very clean. Friendly staff. A lot of parking across the road. Good a/c and wifi. Good location - close to a local party zone and airport but not noisy.

The juice machine at breakfast is a joke. It does not dispense the juices, but some sort of fruit aroma water. No place to seat and work in the room.. The room and wardrobe will be really small for two people staying for a longer time. The hotel beach is popular with the locals and I am not sure how the hotel would manage the guests if they all wanna get a sun bed an umbrella. No a/c in the lift, restaurant and reception area .

Excellent hotel

Clean, modern, comfortable beds helpful staff and excellent breakfast. We also loved the sea view rooms (family rooms in other hotels usually get a view of the car park!) Location excellent for visiting the bars of makenzie beach and the centre of larnaca (20 min walk or 5 mins in car)

Loved staying here, loved Cyprys. we Met only friendly people during our stay.

Location right at the beach, friendly staff, very clean room, lunch at the restaurant.

Exceptional

I liked absolutely everything about the hotel! The room was perfect, the view amasing, the location right on the beach, and the staff friendly and helpful! I will surely come back to this hotel!

Looks very nice, but in the end, it's still a 3-star hotel

The room design is very modern. The sea view was fantastic.

The breakfast selection is not very big. The staff seems a bit lost when having to deal with unexpected issues and does not offer any form of monetary compensation to their guests for the inconvenience caused.

Relaxing in Larnaca

Small, great location, right on the beach with wonderful loungers and umbrellas. Nice dining room, open to the view of the sea.

The lady with the braids, welcoming guests at Reception, was not friendly, in fact she was rude the whole time we were there! The rest of the staff was wonderful, friendly, giving good suggestions and directions.

we didn't sleep until 1:00 am because of the party in the restaurant. I didn't know if I was sleeping in a club or a boutique hotel. very unprofessional

Clean, pleasant helpful staff , nice sea view..

No mirror for use with hair dryer , no English news channel that worked or any other English station, hot breakfast items cold , not even warm.

Everything was excellent, really, the team who works there is amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful. Room and views and incredible. Restaurant and food - amazing. I would come back there for sure!

loved the location and beautifuly decorated clean hotel staff were very welcoming and nice all the time we had our beach outside hotel

mattrass was too soft but i am very picky so it would be great for most people i guess

lovely place to spend your vacation

good food, lovely staff, beautiful hotel, everything is very clean and with great smell. the beach is awesome and very close we had a great time, we will definitely comeback again

Absolutely amazing !

Everything was literally perfect. An ideal location, few meters from the sea with the private beach. Good breakfast. Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly functioning wi-fi. Also it is a small hotel, so no screaming/walking crowds around, It was my second stay there and I will definitely come again !

Very nice sea view, beach just in front of the hotel.

Like most of the hotels in Cyprus, they focus on variety rather than quality. Would have preferred fewer items for breakfast, but higher quality juices and food overall.

Lovely hotel

Beautiful modern hotel, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Fantastic location literally on the beach.

The dining room is located openly to the beach. As wonderful as the views are, some holiday makers were only dressed in swimwear whilst helping themselves to the buffet.
