Superb breakfast - great croissants and bread, and homemade yoghurt.

The road outside has recently changed to a one-way street so you need to make sure that you approach from the south. Approach from the north and you will enter a hell of blocked off streets and no-entry signs.

Close to shops, restaurants and metro.

Nothing, the accommodation was perfect for my needs.

Not much, except the very nice housekeeper. Which cannot be said of the owner of the property.

It is a hostel, at best. That was not clearly indicated on the booking.com website. Also the photos were, I would not say altered, but definitely showing only the nicer parts of the property. If you accept that, the fact that the rooms are very basic, that you front a busy street where people can peep into your room, that the room was not ready on the scheduled time of arrival (among others no towels etc.), that the parking is in a remote location, that the area is far from the center and definitely not the nicest of Toulouse, then yes, for the price, it might be acceptable. We did not want to stay however, as it was one of these places where you just get something you did not book and we decided to leave and take a better hotel in Toulouse. We received a few mildly offensive emails by the owner. Another reason why I would not recommend this place - it reflects a general attitude…

This is a lovely city hotel with a communal living room and an inner courtyard with a gentle roaming chicken - perfect for our family with a small child. The owner was especially welcoming and the breakfast superb.

We totally adored the room. It was very cosy and the bed was comfortable. The room had a lot of privacy and its own terrace. The chickens would come looking through the windows time to time

This is a simple yet cozy B&B, about a 20 min walk to the Capitole. So close enough to everything. What we loved the most was Delphine, our host. She was so helpful with everything and we really enjoyed spending time with her, meeting other guests. She gave us excellent tips to get to see the city in a short period of time, helped us with a dinner reservation at a busy restaurant in Toulouse. Our room was spacious and impeccable. There's a Carrefour across the street where we purchased snacks. We rented bikes a block away and where able to see most of the city in a day. We look forward to visiting Delphine again in the future.

Continental breakfast was just perfect

everything was perfect for me.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was a few minutes from the hotel and, because the usual spot was unavailable, the owner kindly did not charge me for parking.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Before my arrival, they sent clear instructions by text. I had an issue with Wifi, which they resolved straight away. The accommodation is opposite a Carrefoure shop, which was very convenient. The room was well sound proofed, despite being on the ground floor on the street side, I could not hear anything.

Wifi could have worked first time. That is probably not their fault. Coverage is a bit patchy in Toulouse anyway.
