Esta muy bien ubicado. Justo detrás de la basílica y rodeado de tiendas u sitios para comer
La falta de limpieza. El sitio en sí según entras puede mejorar la limpieza pero que en dos noches de estancia no se haya limpiado la habitación ni cuarto de baño ni repuesto papel higiénico. Dos dias con un rollo!!. Evidentemente tuve que comprar.

Excelente localização, a poucos minutos do Santuário de Fátima. Minha mãe pôde caminhar tranquilamente do hotel ao Santuário. As camas são ótimas e a limpeza estava excelente.
Correu tudo muito bem. Talvez um ponto de melhora seja a sinalização do hotel, pois o letreiro maior fica de um lado da esquina e a entrada fica do outro.

O hotel era excelente. Quartos e banheiros ótimos. O estacionamento muito perto e gratuito ( a 50 metros do hotel). A limpeza ótima também. Havia um microondas em cada
andar que podia ser usado. A recepcionista foi muito prestativa .

Staff not that friendly can’t even smile or greet the customers coming. Staff not always available at the reception you need to find they’re location. Even just 1 bottle of water complimentary nothing.

The location was brilliant, 200m from the Sanctuary of Fatima. Cafes and restaurants nearby. The property had tea, coffee, fridge and microwave on site which was great.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Super clean. Quiet. Right across from Santuario de Fatima. Parking across the street.
As I have special dietary needs, had to cook meals. Would have been helpful to have containers to use to heat food in microwave.

The hospitality, the Location very close to the sanctuary and was perfect. The workers was always helpful and the balcony perfect. Lastly the facility was very clean and comfortable. I will strongly recommend this to anyone.

Everything from reception to comfortable big bedroom, huge balcony on both sides in a corner room, beddings smell so fresh & clean. Very nice & helpful management. i wish i could stay longer but im going back…..with friends & will recommend.

We were so surprised when we arrived for the pilgrimage and they still gave us a room with a view on the church. It is so close it is crazy. We sat on the little balcony eating our dinner before going down to the rosary. Despite everything going on it was really quiet in the room too.

Location/staff/room and balcony over looking our lady of Fatima.
Only a couple of things was the mattress for a big man is very uncomfortable to sleep on and the toilet to close to the wall for sitting on but these are minor gripes for a short stay.
