Bathroom door was inflated down by the effect of moisture, plastic shower, plastic bathroom, pomme de douche black inside, bed deformed. TV was not straight and could not be put straight. No front desk reception and welcome personnel was not super, Terrible traffic to arrive / leave.

The hotel is very well located next to a large public park and a lot of nature; the breakfast buffet was delicious and well provided for and the rooms were comfortable. The garden games are perfect for a relaxing family time.

The key cards to our rooms only allowed ONE passage - it means we had to constantly ask the staff to reprogram them. For an entire week end, we were afraid to have to leave our room as we were not sure we can get back in (even worse the stairs to the room needed the keycard, so we couldn't even knock on the room so that my spouse could open for me). The staff was unable to solve the situation and kept apologizing. It wasn't a bad experience overall and the young team is doing their best, but honestly I would not stay there again unless I was sure the key card situation was fully resolved.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking available. Breakfast is decent and there are a few bakeries in the neighborhood for breakfast options too. Warm and friendly staff.

No hand towels, no pen and paper, no hairdryer, no tea or coffee machine in the room For a 3 stars hotel it is standard but not there The room smelled smoke

Easy and accessable by car with enough parking spots. Perfect stay during my business trip, the restaurant was good, i can recommend to take some Gyiosa's as starter. Stuff was nice and everything ready as expected.

The scrambled eggs could be a bit warmer, but that's really not a big dower as there is plenty of other food on breakfast buffet.

I arrived 10pm and check-in process was awful… I had to insist and show my booking.com confirmation because they had no record. Instead of apologizing, check-in staff was unfriendly and made situation unpleasant

Hotel is fine however, it's 8.5 km from town centre not as advertised on Booking that it's 1.8 km big difference so please correct your mistake.

When we travel because of the work, we always stop in this hotel. It's not far from the highway, the staff is very nice & kind, rooms are clean, food is very nice.
