Standard rooms were spacious and clean. Resort’s Korean BBQ restaurant Hanoru is highly recommended. Well upkept and tranquil.

Staff may seem a little distant at times but are helpful when approached.

Professional and very polite staffs in hotel, restaurant, reception, swimming pool. Location is perfect, seaside with sunrise views in morning, quiet and relaxing environment. Swimming pools and jacuzzi opened until late in evening, cleanliness hotel (bedroom, lobby, all public areas), quite impressive the feeling in main building, volume and height below roof is astonishing

I chose this property because it marked as 5 stars. But they said only hotel is 5 stars and the resort does not have any stars. Our room was very dirty..shower door, screen door and the kitchen drawers did not work. Bathroom condition was terrible.. So dirty .. I have never seen this kind of dirty hotel bathroom during entire of my life. So disappointed and this ruined our family trip.

Loscation is good. Sea view with extra purchasement was nice.

Compared to expenses, hotel room is old and no much services are included. All facility services need to be charged further.

Location, staff, food, service, too expensive food for the location. Not much amenities. Far from all places. Language barrier for a "good hotel".

I loved the design of the hotel itself, mixture of modern feeling and environmental factor

1. The light bulb in wardrobe was consistently making discomfort sound throughout my staying. 2. The miscommunication between staffs were very annoying that I had to walk back and forth between hotel to resort, and even when I was trying to use pool and day bed and the instruction “talk to the staff” was not helpful when there was 4 different staffs who did not know who to talk to. 3. They have only three elevators which operated very inefficiently. Touching sensor for the button caused me unnecessary contact on the surface during pandemic and there are not many hand sanitizer around the facility. 4. Overall, the location and design of the hotel is pretty good but other than that it is just not worth the price. There was no exclusive pool for the hotel, therefore, it was way too crowded. Amenities and covid prevention protocols were lacking as well. I would never come back to this hotel if I have to pay the same price.

Great resort. Only negative is that they charge extra to use the pool.
