It’s ideal if all you’re looking for is somewhere to stay at night. The centre is about 30 minute walk from the hotel and taxis are cheap.
We didn’t have breakfast so for what we paid it was fair. It was comfy and done what we needed.
Hotel staff are not very helpful in terms of booking taxis or helping with transport.
Facilities like a hair dryer you could obtain at reception but needed to swap ur ID for it.

It was reasonably quiet
Concierge rude, ignorant, ignored me for 5 minutes twice when on the phone and wasn't helpful with our bicycles. Refused to store them in save place except for underground parking place for a charge of 9 Euros, something that never happened to us anywhere on our long tour.
WiFi was annoying, because it was necessary to register several times with email address, name and personal data, always after leaving hotel or after not using phone for longer times.
Room especially the floor was very dirty and looked generally not very nice or pleasant.
Breakfast was just acceptable.

The location was great considering our plans in Toulouse but I would rather have been anywhere else and having to travel through town to get to the rugby stadium.
The hallway smelled really bad. There were several things broken in the bathroom like part of the shower head and soap dispenser. There were ants in the bathroom and on the desk in the room. Despite putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door housekeeping still entered the room to change towels and make the bed, but they didn’t move the things off the bed they just put the covers over and tucked it in. We had booked a stay with breakfast but wasn’t satisfied after having it the first morning so we tried to have it refunded for the rest of the stay and when we talked to the lady in reception she couldn’t figure out how to do it on the computer because of a new it system (which is understandable) but then she asked for all my credit card information including the cvv number on the back and when I told her I wasn’t gonna give it out to strangers (because the card can be abused and money taken from my account) she started yelling at us and said that she would just keep the money for the breakfast. We ended up paying for 2 days of breakfast despite only having breakfast one day and ended up getting refunded in cash the last day. All in all just a really unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel (or the other B&B’s). We were out all day and only came back to sleep at night, still wouldn’t recommend.

The location is fabulous because it is not in a noisy place and you can rest perfectly.
Breakfast is not worth it. They charge you €8.5 and every day they put: coffee, juice, 2 types of bread for toasting, cheese, croissant, industrial egg, bacon, Neapolitan, butter, jam and yogurt. And that’s not the problem. The problem is that they are always the same flavors of butter/yogurt/napolitana, the same cheese, the same egg. Very little variety having tourism from other countries and other products such as olive oil, salt, sweet or salty ham, tomato ...
As if that were not enough, there is a discount for hotel customers on the price of breakfast that was NEVER applied to us.

Nice Hotel, it was my second stay and totally fine for the price. Nice staff as well and very uncomplicated as it's open 24/7 and you can access your room with a code, not a key so you never have to worry about carrying unnecessary stuff around. Very good location, the Japanese garden is only a few walking minutes away and so is the metro station.

The bedroom smelt of nicotine very badly we had to open the windows to get some fresh air, the hotel prides itself on being smoking free unfortunately this is not the case.

I arrive by chance with the booking last minute, and I definitely happy to stay here. It’s a simple hotel, with very friendly team, which were trying to help me with every my questions. It’s very clean, and I was gladly surprised that a housemaid came and ask if I need a cleaning, I said no, I leave soon, she also proposed to change towels. It’s very rare when at hotels for short stay the team of housemaid are so kind! I definitely recommend it. Thank You. Mariia

Location and friendly staff.
Despite being non smoker Hotel, the room smelled like cold tobacco. I was kinda clean, but a bit dirty for my standards. Otherwise fine if you need a place to crash for a night.

Good Hotel only a few walking Minutes from the Japanese Garden and Metro Station away. Also easy to access from the main train Station (the Taxi was just over 10€ to get there in the evning). Very modern with no Key to the rooms but Code System, so easy check out by just leaving on time without having to bring the key etc. Back to the Desk. Good value for money for young travelers, maybe not for people that like to spend a lot of time in their rooms as the room was small for two people but devenetly worth for people that just want something clean and central to sleep in and explore the rest of the day.
