We enjoyed the privacy a lot. We liked that there was organised activities for the children.

Tidy and nice camping

The caravans were really clean and spacy.

It would be nice to mention in the description that the camping belongs to the bigger organisation called Kompas Camping. This would save a lot of time and driving around the camping place to find the right one. In addition, the way to the beach is approx. 1,5 km.

Great stay

Location, the welcome, clean caravan. Tram station nearby opened up the whole Belgian coast and trip to Bruges without needing a car. Westende and beach are lovely.

Nice place to stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful that was the best thing. Location lovely and near the cycle path, beach and tram.

Needed an extra blanket provided, there was no Wifi ( you had to pay 6 Euro per day ), the facilities did not appear open and as we arrived on a Monday when they are closed it was not clear the bar / restaurant was open from 11am. So we didn't access them. I could find no mini shop on site either...the platform advertises both these facilities. You also had to pay extra for bedlinen but you weren't allowed to provide your own.

Exceptional

Many positive things. Houses are in a good condition, the entire camping is clean and nicely taken care of, a nice play ground for kids, friendly staff and so on.

In the last day you need to take out your car at 10 in the morning. More or less it means you need to leave at 10. This makes your morning a marathon, especially when you have small children .

Lovely place for a family holiday

We liked the staff- very friendly and easy going. We liked the house (2 adults and 2 kids 7 and 10 years old). The house was very clean, very well equipped and in perfect location for trips to the beach and the neighbouring towns and nature parks.

We were not used to the opening hours of the facilities. A small restaurant and a bakery operated in a way that you have to be mindful, otherwise you might end up without fresh bread or a place to eat lunch. Same for opening hours of some restaurants.

Home Away from Home

Amazing hosts make you feel like family, good accommodation fully equipped with cooking facilities and cutlery, microwave, fridge, hot water, comfy beds, park your car right next to your cabin, children enjoyed very much, close to the beach, good restaurants close by, entry and exit super convenient, will surely come again.

Great location with clean and fun facilities.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Best beach town in Belgium

Bathrooms were clean but a small odor was coming from the drains for the shower. I am sure a little bit of drano would fix the problem.

Nice camping but unflexible and rude staff

The camping in general was nice, quiet and the playground could keep them occupied for a while.

The beach was difficult to access with a stroller, it would have been nice to know that in advance. What really disappointed me was the inflexibility and the unproffesional behaviour at the checkout. The checkout was 10am and a man just entered the mobilehome at 9:59 telling us that we were supposed to be out and if we wont we will get in trouble. The kids were frightened by the man and I found his behaviour unprofessional and rude. We had a sick child and we had a full diaper at the moment we wanted to leave. Although the spot is nice this is reason for me not to go again with kids where you cannot predict what happens a few minutes before checkout.

Tiny Home Vacation near the Beach

Tiny Home living was fun,water got cold during shower very often.Main Bed (Queen size),was super comfortable.The Bedding was provided,but we used our own.You get a very warm welcome upon arrival,plus a roll of Toilet paper and a sponge and scrubber for the dishes.Also a small and bit lager trash bag.Kitchen was well equipped . Location is pretty close to the Beach(7min.walk) witch has a regular Beach and a Dog Beach.Beautiful Beach with no large buildings :)

Better options to recycle in the tiny house. Water kept going cold during the shower,that wasn't fun.

Superb

It's very clean - the caravans and the park. It's less than 10 minute walk to the beach. There are two ways to walk to different parts of the park - make sure to exit the back of the park on foot for the shortest walk.

It's a mobile home so it's very small but as long as you're prepared for that and pack light. It is very functional. There are certainly no frills.

Very good

the cottage wa not very big but bigger then what I expected. Have already stayed in similar. we had issue with warm water first night. freezing outside and no warm water inside. but they managed to fix the problem the second day.

we could access only with 1 car to the campus. the lady at front desk was not pleasant and seemingly bothered by our requests to access in and out with 2 different cars. the guy that we got the last day was nice and easy going, but the older lady was really at the point of being unpleasant. the internet is charged. a bit strange nowadays.

Good camping close to sea

Access to biking routes, nice walking/bike way to the sea. Clean bed linen. Practical parking next to mobile home, child friendly place

Warm water kept breaking up, but owner always coming very quickly to fix it; but a more sustainable solution obviously needed.

Very nice camping for short stay and visit the area

The camping atmosphere was very nice, calm environment and pretty much space for rest.

Not that much attractions for kids, long walking distance to the see side.
