Clean, spacious room, good AC, Breakfast is good. Dinner from the take away downstairs, but it is good with the room service. Nice welcome water and dates. Non European coffee. Location is ok, shops, market near by.

One night it was a (wedding) party until 2 am, which was very loud and made sleep impossible.

The AC sound like washing machine (ON and OFF) from other room can be heard in my room (310). Receptionist were nice and agreed to transfer us to other room. We moved to other room but the AC in that room itself is noisy. I don't like how the room boy that accompanied us treated it, suggesting that AC has no problem when he talked to other guy over the phone. Anyway I did not agree to the 2nd room so we moved to another, this time the AC noise is bearable. Why don't you try sleeping in Rm 310? Im not use to complaining but I have to write this one. Improve maintenance of your AC...

It just felt like a furnished flat not a hotel

It was very comfortable. The location was close to the place of my work. The staff was very friendly espicially the receptionist Mariam, she was so friendly, so kind and provide the service to you with a big smile.

I booked for 2 days but left in the 1st day due to climate warnings and my work notified me to not come for the next day, but i couldn't get a refund for the second day.
