Comfortable, cozy two bedrooms with loft and two-bath condo. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests maximum. Window A/C units in the living room and both bedrooms. Free WIFI and parking. Fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops. Tile in entry way, bathroom and kitchen. Carpet in bedrooms, living room and upstairs. Lg Flat Screen TV in living room. Great view of golf course and mountain range. All linens and towels are provided. Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha! Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo had a great location. Near the pool, great lawn views, big and spacious. There are snorkels available, and our kids loved it.The condo was a bit aged. I was hoping for basic necessities, such as WiFi (we were never given any password), seasonings, or baking pans. The refrigerator had to be pushed all the way in to work, and air conditioner (all three) turned on to feel somewhat cool.

It was nice unit but a few downsides were the fridge leaking water on top shelf in refrigerator and door not closed tight unless you push hard, few of the light switches in the upstair bedroom and loft area didn’t work and the person who answered at the gate to enter the premises was rude and said he is going to charge me for asking to open the gate to pickup my kids who were waiting outside the unit for me hung up as i was talking to him per the front desk agent it was the property manager that i was speaking to. Other then that our family stay was great and convenient.

TB Condominium - Dated property that needs bathroom remodel, washer/dryer update, electrical update and more lighting. Turtle Bay as a resort is lower end but Northshore choices are limited.

Overall I was very pleased with my accommodations. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only concern was the dryer wasn't in working condition when I arrived, however, someone came to repair the dryer, but it still didn't work after it was repaired. And the pool was dirty. I would recommend the kuilima estates, affordable and clean.

It was ok. The pillows on chairs in living room needs to be replaced. And it smelt musty. Security was really rude. Is it such a crime to enjoy the lawn? To Let our children run and play? Some people need to research the meaning of Aloha! Do you folks care about the wellbeing of the grass more then the wellbeing of the condo? All in all we had fun. Wouldn’t mine staying again. We didn’t come to just stay in the room.

Our family rented two nearby units to spend the long weekend. Kids were able to go to the beach to swim and fish. Also they enjoyed the pool. Visited nearby Haleiwa Town and went to have shave ice as well as shopped at some local stores. Appreciated that they had a Longs nearby. Cooking facilities made it easy for us to prepare simple meals and enjoy it leisurely at our unit. With little ones this helped with not having to sit at a restaurant. Will try to get adjoining units next time we book.

The one thing that should be clarified is the estates are not at the Turtle Bay Resorts I thought I would be able to walk from my condo to the beach. Other than that It is a beautiful place to stay, but you do need a car to get to the beach.

Great place to stay for an affordable price. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, cookware etc. We would've liked if the couches were pull out beds. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Unit has board games, beach stuff, books, etc. Great parking which was in front of unit. Lots of guest parking. Check in and out was super easy.

This condo is a great value! We wanted to stay on the North Shore and away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The unit was clean, quiet, as described. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient plates/cups/cutlery/pots and pans. Plenty of hot water. Turtle Bay Beach is a good 10 minute walk. Small pool steps from unit. Lei Lei's restaurant was delicious. 15 minute drive to the Polynesian Cultural Center and about 30 minutes to Kualoa Ranch. Lots of things to see and experience in the area. We would definitely recommend! Aloha.

We stayed at this condo for one week and had a marvelous time exploring the whole island. The condo slept six of us in comfortable beds and had all the supplies necessary for a marvelous trip. I would suggest buying more spoons but that was the only problem we had. Nice location on the North Shore and away from the crowds. We loved it!

We have a great time staying at the two-bedroom condo. It was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time going to the pool and to the beach. We ate great lamb curry from the Fiji Market and take out dinner from Laie Chop Suey.I would recommend this property to a friend.

We love 108 west. It is a great condo for a family because it is roomy, the couch is old but comfy, and it has extra stuff like towels, snorkels etc.Our only gripe: Last summer we stayed and accidentally broke the glass on the table upstairs. We paid a $400 replacement fee. This summer we looked to see the new table. THERE WAS NO TABLE! There was new carpet however so maybe that is what our $400 paid for.

Overall environment of unit can be improved with better lighting and upgrades. Kitchen appliances were nice. Light outside front door was not working at all and large TV was not working upon arrival. Took us more than a day to troubleshoot tv. Few roaches. Would recommend unit with reservations.

This unit is really a townhouse style with access to a nice outdoor patio, beautiful views of the golf course and mountains and an easy walk to the main resort. The place was very nicely furnished and decorated with thoughtful touches that really improved our vacation such as guidebooks, water toys, etc. We felt it was better than described in the listing. A great value.We would definitely return here again.

This unit can definitely use some upgrades. Little things like mismatched pots and lids, mattresses sunken in, air conditioning very loud but the thing that affected us the most was the refrigerator. There’s a post it on the door that says to close it good. Even with that after loading 5 days worth off food and leaving for an afternoon most of it was wasted as the air got in. Needless to say we had to replace much of the food. The location of the condo was great and we always love the property. Will definitely stay again but won’t be staying in that unit.

The property itself was amazing and in a great location. Check in and out was easy. My only big complaint was we had tried to get ahold on the property management to fix the AC unit in one of the bedrooms and nothing came of it. So we had warm air blowing out. We ended up not using it for the last 4 days we were there. It was fine because of the cross breezes we had if you kept the front and back screen doors open. It’s a 5-7min walk from the beach and 10min drive from the food trucks and 15-20min drive from the Polynesian culture center. It’s a fantastic location. The condo could use some upgrades, sink wouldn’t stop dripping, fridge had to be shut in a certain way or you’d open it up to a puddle off water inside, AC Cooler needs to be fixed, But even with those minor items. We’d happily stay in the unit again. We loved it.

Perfect spot for Oahu
We stayed here over Christmas, and found it was the perfect spot. We loved the location of the unit, and the unit it self. It worked perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is a bit tight, but who spends a lot of time in there anyways while on holidays. To make up for it there is a large counter surface. We enjoyed being on the ground level and parking is very close to the door. The view of the golf course through the huge windows/patio was amazing. Overall we were not disappointed and felt this unit was better than we expected.

Perfect!
Clean, comfortable, convenient, and a nice property. It was so pleasant, we wanted to stay longer. Initial gate code didn't work, but that was very easily remedied. The master TV didn't have a remote, but that was no big deal to us. Everything else was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The rental was great! Clean, equipped and quiet. The kids loved the pools, and the lawn out back. We needed to replace a broken toaster on the first day and they had it to us within hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed ourselves. It was close to the Hotel where other family members were staying. It was quiet, and everything worked as it should. Would have appreciated more than one trash liner for the kitchen for a 3 day stay (with out having to drive to Foodland to pick up a big package.) There were some maintenance issues (bathroom paint peeling off of the walls - looked like water damage) but over all a pleasant stay. We would stay at this complex again.

Not what you would expect at Turtle Bay!! We arrived to find the bathroom leaking, paint peeling off walls, air conditioner leaking all over the rug and the place not completely clean. There was hair on the floor in bathroom and the dining table was sticky. The washing machine ruined the load of laundry and the dryer didn't work. Also the lighting is TERRIBLE! At night it is like a dungeon. The unit is a collection of random items that were probably picked up at Tag Sales! Family members had units in the same complex, same price that were updated, clean and provided everything you could need. They were BEAUTIFUL!! The Property Manager was very nice and responsive when we needed something. As we noticed later the listing says Owner/Manager!!...meaning it is a cash cow for them and they have no personal interest in keeping it homey.

Our family stayed here because we had a wedding to attend at Turtle Bay Resort. This condo unit is close to it but a little too far to walk to the resort. Maybe because it was one of the hottest and muggiest weekends in a while but the A/Cs did not seem very strong. There was a vornado fans in one of the rooms so we moved it to the living room and it helped circulate the cold ac air a bit. Lamps do not project much light so unit was very dark at night. It would probably help to have a ceiling fan with a light so it'll help the overall lighting in the unit. Parking is close to unit and there are lots of guest stalls nearby. There is a small pool near unit. Overall we had a great time...just wish it wasn't so hot that weekend we went.

Had a great time at the Estates. Wife and I stayed the 1st night for our anniversary. Son and wife and daughter and child stayed with us the last 2 nights. Minor glitches were, no cutting board so we used cardboard from a beer case. Only 1 rubbish bag. Theses issues were resolved once we called the office. Other than that, our stay there was great! Enough kitchen supplies and room for all. Will definitely be back.

Came here for my families last weekend in Hawaii after being here for four years! It was a perfect way to relax , reminisce the last four years and be great full for this beautiful island ! The condo was perfect , it met our needs in every way! It was clean , and felt very home like ...cozy ! My family had a great time! My youngest son is already asking to go back. The property provided us with all the necessary things that a family with kids needed. Property was clean and very spacious for the the 5 of us! Besides having Mother Nature rained on us and the ceiling leaking, we still had a wonderful stay.
