Perfection - I didn't want to leave

I checked in online before my arrival. The doorman then got me into my room without delay, and then the property manager came to personally check me in very shortly after. It was quick, smooth and helpful. The property had everything anyone could need, and Jashvani, the manager, was extremely attentive and quick to communicate, reassure and help.

It was about as perfect as it could be!

Very disappointing

The location and view was very nice

We have been staying since yesterday ( 31 Oct - 02 Nov 2023) in a three bedroom paradise beach appart TA1. We are very disappointed by the service and quality of the appartment. We tried to speak to different people including the maintenance people , cleaning people, reservation and resort manager as well but in vain. There are several issues . 1. Lizards in room coming from the cupboard and lots of dirts with it ( we had to make several requests to clean) 2. AC not working at all in one room and in the living room working on and off even the technician came to Put gas it is still the same until now 3 lights went off since yesterday night therefore even fan as well could not be used they were suffocated in the room 4. The breaker keeps turning off every single time and we are left in blackout (still the same issue with the breaker) 4 Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen cupboard 5. Bedsheet not clean on the bed like small clots blood on it 6. The toilet in the master bedroom is not good the frame on it keeps falling while going to the washroom 7. All the towels were dirty with lots of spots on it. 8. The cleaning staff was cleaning at the time we came in the appartment that should be done much before we came. 9. The fan in the living room does not switch on. The staff had to pull it with his hand which is very dangerous. 10 In the living room there are lots of wire pending on the ceiling which could leads to very dangerous situation if that falls. 11. All the kitchen cutleries and towels and other stuff were sticky and dirty . We had to ask them to come again to clean today . 12. The handle accessories in the shower is broken and it is hanging (Master bedroom) To be honest this one was the worst one we experienced. We lost a lot of time during our staycation because of these issues.

Empfang war sehr herzlich und gut. Apartment schöne Einrichtung, groß. Lage perfekt,wunderschöner Strandblick, Garten gut gepflegt. Abduschen nach Strand und Meer im Garten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in der Nähe. An das Team ♥️herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit... und für die leckere Trink Kokosnuss 😊

Küche in einem älteren Zustand (Gebrauchsspuren) aber alles vorhanden. Liegen am Strand defekt und sehr alt, aber nach Kritik werden sie in ca einem Monat erneuert. Markisenstoff verwittert, aber nicht störend.

Magical stay at Paradise Beach

Perfectly located and we'll appointed apartment which made for a most comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, from security right up to management, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will recommend to family and friends

Luxury in a perfect location

Location was ideal. Jashvani and Jared were friendly and helpful. Property was comfortable and spacious.

As renovations are about to take place, I'm sure the minor maintenance issues will be addressed.

A relaxing stay with family, great views from accommodation.

Spacious accommodation for the family. Beach front location, very peaceful Amazing Views!! Great for Snorkelling. Private beach just in front of public beach which is very quiet. BBQ provided and cleaned after use. 24hr security staff. Cleaning staff came daily and were very discreet and friendly. Site manager friendly and responded quickly if any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Some parts of apartment could do with an upgrade but it didn’t cause any problems just wear and tear of a holiday let. The pool is closed 14:00 -17:00 which we thought was unusual as this is the time we would have ideally used it after a morning at the beach. However it was a nice pool to use when we did. You need a car or use a taxi as nothing close by and this is self catering. Supermarket a short drive away. There is one restaurant which you could walk to if you wanted to which we did for lunch and coffee. We used a Taxi to go there for Dinner.

Superb

The property is at an amazing location, as soon as you walk in it welcomes you with most scenic beach view. We were a family of 8 and enjoyed the family time together. Jashvani our resort manager made sure our stay was comfortable and made all the necessary arrangements

2 Rooms are good size, while the other 2 rooms are a bit small

Fabulous location, lovely people but apartment in major need of renovation.

The host and the security guy were lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The location was absolutely stunning.

The entire apartment needs an overhaul. A lot of the kitchen equipment etc. was old and broken. The air-conditioning in the main bedroom didn't work so we had to move to a smaller bedroom - fortunately there were only two of us. The entire place needs redecorating and modernising. At this price point we expected more.

Just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing, right on the beach. The apartment is fully equipped, from the kitchen tools to the products to keep mosquitos away. The resort manager is very nice and willing to help. We will surely come back!

We had a fantastic time at Paradise Beach. Rest and relaxation with a beautiful view.

We loved the view and the open living space that the apartment offered. The daily bread delivery was an unexpected bonus that certainly brightened up our mornings. The kids loved spending time at the pool while we preferred the cool air on the beach on the pool loungers. The fresh coconut water taken from the trees on the property on arrival was also a very special treat for the kids. The free use of the bikes were great.

Next time we would book a ground floor apartment so that we didn't have to walk around the building to get to the beach. The kids were bored at times seeing that there are no activities such as kayaking available on the property. I think the provision of complimentary kayaks would have kept them busy for days.
