The apartment was exceptional with wonderful views across the bay. When we arrived the lady in reception was very friendly and helpful, and offered to take our luggage up to the 5th floor! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and lovely comfortable beds. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.

Everything staff was lovely, the view was amazing. Couldn't ask for better. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Only suggestion would be to have a sweaping brush over a dust pan and brush. The carpets was super fresh and light that I got nervous about making a mess.

Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped space and a friendly check-in service. Great location with wonderful views, and we were pleased to find out that an on-street parking permit was provided upon arrival.
I hadn't realised the 2nd bedroom had bunk beds which was a bit gutting, but it would work well for families. The internet signal didn't reach all of the flat, but was manageable and worked fine in the living room. No hot water for a bath.

Absolutely beautiful apartments decorated to a very high standard and extremely clean. The location was perfect, situated on the North Bay overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful and check-in and out was easy to do. We cannot rate this apartment highly enough and can't wait to come back! Thank you :-)
I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay-it was perfect!

Apartment was lovely and spacious, beds were very comfortable. We had most things that we needed for our holiday.
The location was perfect for walking to North and South Bay.
Nice bright apartment.
The outside terrace could have done with a tidy up. There was seating and a table but it was all quite dirty. It wouldn't have taken much to give it a sweep and clean the table.
We would have also liked to have a blanket or throw for the evening as due to the apartment being below street level, the living room gets a bit chilly as the sun doesn't come into the room.

Gorgeous, modern, clean, spacious apartment. Home from home. Very welcoming staff, happy to help. Good location, a little walk into the centre. We stayed in the basement apartment - very light with large windows both ends, lovely and cool in the hot weather. Would highly recommend.

Was nice To speak to a person and not a key safe
Think kitchen could be a little better equipped. Don't think we would stay in top floor apartment again as too many steps particularly when loading and unloading luggage

Lovely little apartment. Home from home. Well equipped
I expected a sea view room but was given the basement apartment. This was disappointing as i Specifically did want a sea view room. Wish I booked the other apartment i looked at. My daughter is autistic and often isolated so I wanted the view for her. Instead we had a view of a wall outside the main window. To be fair the apartment was clean and well equipped but just verify on the view If this is important to you.

Fantastic beach front location, quiet road with a few bars and shop, walking distance to town and South Bay. Clean, modern, well equipped apartment.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. It was quiet and we had a lovely view over the bay and up to the castle. We would definitely stay here again.
We were on the top floor, so the windows were not as big as we would have liked - but that was because we booked late and apartments on the lower floors were not available.

Everything. Lovely accommodations.Very clean and the decor was lovely.The view from the living room was amazing. The flat was warm and we could set the temperature with a thermostat in our room. We had everything we needed , will definitely come back.
