Fabulous location, lovely airy rooms with fantastic views & great staff!

Steps might not suit some less mobile travellers

The View, Food, Restaurant Service and the wonderful staff at reception. Mariane was excellent during the whole stay. The restaurant staff were excellent in their service.

Though the rooms have great views, they are not really private , its shared across all room and there is a passage through where there is routine cleaning etc happening regularly.

The property is located within walking distance to shopping and dining . Everyone was so helpful and accommodating every need we had . The property is immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for nicer staff, they really made our stay wonderful!

The view looked nice, the breakfast was very good.

It's very surprised that the hotel restaurant can't accept us for dinner at the day of arrival, raining outside, but we were not told that reservation at the hotel restaurant is required.

Terrible experience! Don’t be fooled by the plunge pool feature of their fancy rooms! They don’t work! We booked a superior room with outside plunge pool for almost $800 per night for our honeymoon and we stayed there 2 nights. Their plunge pool was not any thing close to warm! They said it would take 5 hours to make the water warm. We asked them to turn it on but it did not work. Also their heater was not working and the weather was super cold. We ended up having no privacy during our honeymoon stay at this hotel with their staff coming and going to fix the heater or plunge pool which never got fixed. We could not use their plunge pool at all! They offered us another room with a functional plunge pool but it was much inferior to the room we had and for the high price we paid for. They offered us a plunge pool that we needed to take so many steps to get there which was not convenient in such cold weather and was not private. This was supposed to be a fun honeymoon stay but we did not enjoy it and we got so disappointed. After our arrival to the US we tried to talk to the hotel through booking.com to get a partial refund for all the inconvenience and for being overcharged for a room that did not have the features it was supposed to have. The hotel did not accommodate. There are much better hotels with better services in Oia that we have been to. Do not waste money on this hotel!

This is our second time stay in a Canaves property，and again they didn‘t let me down！We even got upgraded to the River Pool Suite！We thought the boutique hotel might be a little old or small compared with their Ultra-luxe Epitome，but guess what，we loved everything about it！It is as amazing as their other sister hotels！Amazing view and top-notch hospitality！

Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel was a truly 5 star exceptional experience. All staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. All requests were immediately taken care of. Service was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic. The setting of the hotel and the views from the patio were worth the price.
