Bravi!!!
Nulla , tutto perfetto

The best hostel I've come across in Costa Rica! I booked for one night, I fell in love with this hostel and its staff!!! I don't name the guys because I would have to write everyone's name, you feel like family and you find a group of friends! The owners Pablito e Marce are a fantastic couple of super nice guys who welcome you, they are incredible people and the hostel is also very clean and super convenient! it is surrounded by nature (a rarity for Santa Teresa) so every day you can see monkeys or other typical Costa Rican animals!! Truly, truly the top of hostels, as they all should be!!! Well done Papito!!!
All good

Magical place surrounded by green. it feels in the nature wile at 2 min from supermarkets and local restaurants. during my stay from the swimming pool I saw monkeys in the trees, and birds, humming birds, iguanas,.. when I arrived I was very well welcomed, I had a tour of the propriety and the facilities. I was introduced like in a Familly. that was an unforgettable stay!!

Good friendly my community vibes. Pool and shared kitchen. Very near the beach
5.0
Cool vibe with the pool as not loads have one, lots of communal spaces
Location is nearer the other less popular beach, the kitchens didn't seem very clean due to the ants, the dorms are pretty basic so think it is overpriced and you can get more in the area that include breakfast. Coffee not included as stated. and lots of people stay here for a while so people only in ST for a couple of days might not feel part of the group as much.

Good atmosphere at the hostel and nice, shared areas (kitchen, pool, tables etc).
The private room we stayed in (Coco) could have been more cleans for the price we payed. There were a lot of ants and insects in the room.

very nice hostel, beautiful pool, comfortable beds, and very nice people that work there
Bit expensive, but Santa Teresa is in general just a very expensive town…

The little hut we stayed in was really nice, it had a fridge which was very helpful. We loved the outdoor kitchen and liked the closeness to the beach.
At the same time every night lots of groups of ants would come in through our closed window and make their way across the room. They would be gone by morning and didn’t bother us so it wasn’t too bad.

Swimmingpool was refreshing !
There weren’t enough toilets and they stinked…
No toaster and no oven.
No AC in the room! it was so hot.

The hostel owners were so nice. They had two kitchens, so it didn’t get too crowded. The pool was really nice and you meet a lot of cool people here. The vibe there was really cool and you could rent surfboards.
They only take cash! There was no hot water in the showers, and there was no air conditioning - only fans (and it gets really hot). The beds were not too comfortable and the power went off in the whole town up to 10 times at night because of the raining season. Keep in mind that the hostel is uphill compared to other hostels, so you have to walk a lot. Also it’s in the south of Santa Teresa, and most things are going on in the middle or north of the town - and the town is so dusty!

Very kind and helpful staff! Area was cool and chilled. It’s a bit far if you like to party, but perfect if you’re here to surf

Nothing
Terrible value for money. I paid more for a dirty room here than down the road in a high end yoga centre where I had my own flat and private swimming pool! You don’t even get a towel unless you go an give a deposit. Air conditioning didn’t really work. When I arrived someone had gone to the toilet in the bathroom and it hadn’t even been flushed? Shower was a health hazard and only cold water which was directed at the wall and no way to change it. The public area was very dirty. Didnt want to touch anything. Tables overflowing with cigarette butts. Oh and they don’t have a card machine so you have to pay in cash - dodgy. The staff are overworked and have to liaise with the owner for you so you have no direct access. They take your passport hostage and leave it in a box on the reception desk which is often unattended. it should be noted I spent a month in Costa Rica and stayed at a range of accommodations, high end and also budget. This one was worst by a long stretch. Please don’t stay.
