Entspricht nicht den Bildern von Booking.com

Die Nähe zum Meer

Wir hatten ein Studio mit Meerblick sowie Gartenblick gebucht und bezahlt. Leider hatten wir beides nicht. Statt Meer sahen wir Bäume und statt Garten sahen wir eine Hausmauer. Der Beschrieb von Booking.com stimmt überhaupt nicht überein was wir angetroffen haben. Das Restaurant war geschlossen und die Liegewiese war auch nicht vorhanden!. Wir haben beim Vermieter Vasilis und bei Booking.com reklamiert.Vasilis meint es sei alles in Ordnung und Booking.com vertröstet nur.

O locatie autentica, curata si bine amplasata

Modul specific si autentic in care arata camera, avand dotari destul de bune. Paturile erau confortabile si tavanul inalt. Era curat si bine luminat apartamentul. Era foarte aproape de plaja si in centrul statiunii Agia Marina. In general proprietarul este prezent la locatie si poate fi abordat cu orice solicitare specifica ai, fiind destul de amabil. Am avut intotdeauna unde parca masina inchiriata. Exista un supermarket aproape foarte bine aprovizionat.

Ma asteptam sa avem vedere la mare asa cum scria in descrierea rezervarii, din pacate nu am avut! Studios Vasilis nu oferă, asa cum promite in descriere, un restaurant și un snack bar, acestea fiind lasate in prezent in paragina.. Si de asemenea noi nu am primit un apartament cu balcon cu vedere la Marea Cretei, cum am avut specificat in rezervare si cand i-am aratat proprietarului ne tot spunea ca am cerut apartament Appolon ???!!!! -dar acest tip nici nu apare pe booking!. Wi-Fi este disponibil gratuit în toate zonele, dar din pacate merge destul de prost. Apa calda de la dus nu este intotdeauna calda mai ales daca sunt zile cu nori si ploaie.... In schimb proprietarul ne-a asteptat cu un lung set de reguli.....iar la un moment dat am spart din greseala un pahar de sticla subtire, de proasta calitate-pe care personal il consider un consumabil asa cum il considera orice restaurant sau grecii care sparg farfurii.....-si proprietarul la sfarsitul sejurului ne-a cerut 3 euro pe el.........am lasat pe masa suma de 3 euro dar sincer mi s-a parut nepotrivit cand platesti o cazare de 670 euro sa dai 3 euro pe un pahar pe care nu s-a dat mai mult de 1 euro! AC iti bate in cap daca stai in pat iar daca il lasi deschis cand iesi din camera esti taxat cu 10 euro /zi .......aceasta este una din reguli.....

The best place to turn off your mind and get a rest

Large apartment with high ceilings, good lighting, kitchen, balcony and air conditioning. Daily cleaning, responsive host. Location in the tourist center, 50m from the sea.

It was nothing to worrying about. You can negotiate with the service about the exact cleaning hours, so the accommodation is very flexible and adapts to the client

Exceptional

Wonderful place, with wonderful location. Near to the beach as well as to the main street. Next to the Vasilis studio you could get the Bus which goes to Chania.

Vasilis was a very kind host. The shops are also very close and the bus stop is also very close.

Nice and clean accommodation, very well located near the sea (really!). The accommodation was cleaned daily and we received fresh bed linen and towels every 3 days.

I recommend the place

The location was perfect, next to the sea. a large market with a bakery across the street. Fresh vegetables, fruit, bread and coffee every morning. view of the sea from the terrace of the apartment.

Unfortunately, the tavern on our beach, which belongs to the owners son, was closed, and we couldn't visit the praised place.

A perfect stay with such a warm and friendly, helpful host.

We had a perfect stay at Studios Vasilis. The apartment was beautifully maintained and as advertised. Vasilis was the perfect host - discreet but on hand whenever we needed his recommendations or help organising taxis for example. Vasilis met us at the property when we arrived even though this was very late and was there to collect the keys and wave goodbye. The apartment was attended by a cleaner each day to empty waste baskets etc and we were provided with clean towels and bedding every couple of days which is not always the case when going self catering so this was a lovely touch. Even though we did not cook in the apartment as we were spoilt for choice in local eateries the apartment was very well equipped if you wanted to dine in. The beds and pillows were super comfy and we loved how quiet it was and could even hear the sea. The location was excellent- 30 metres from a beautiful beach that had a lifeguard and all facilities such as loungers, restaurants and bars. There was a fabulous supermarket 5 minutes walk away that had everything you would need plus a delicious bakery within it. The apartment is perfectly located for all the best eateries within easy walking distance and it was just a 30 minute bus ride into Chania. Vasilis assisted with airport transfer taxi arrangements and we simply had the most perfect holiday - we absolutely would love to return and highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return with family one day.

We could not fault this accomodation or the host we had a perfect holiday that exceeded our expectations.

Its was really great!!! Nice and clean , everything works well. Apartament so close to the sea. Owner helps with everything. Ask him for advice to rent a car for a good price. We will definitely come back there! Maciej & Beatka

Excellent room and wonderful stay.

Very well decorated room, excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed, TV and also the air-condition was included in the price, which I thought was excellent.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

I can recommend these apartments, will book again

The property is excellent, I could not fault it. Beautifully refitted and stylish, fresh clean modern bathrooms. The beach is 50 yards away , you open your shutters to the sea lapping ashore. Family run restaurant and bar close by on the beach for convenience.The owner Vasilis was always available an excellent host.

Superb, recommend, it is a great place to stay!

Excellent location right at the beach, also close to the main street where the restaurants and bars are but the room was very quiet and it did not bother us at all. The room was spotless and you can tell that the owner had kept the room in great condition. Correctly applied silicone in the wet areas, no mold at all! (usually, this is not the case, every other of our 6 hotels we stayed in, had very dirty and moldy rooms). Very clean and fresh looking rooms as the room had been maintained right and cleaner has cleaned it properly! We will take this place also in the future and we recommend to our family and friends this also. Great free Wifi! And we did not have to pay for the sun beds and sunbrella if you are a quest (other places did charge for this).

Handing over the keys could be specified in more detail, in the description where you can pick up the keys (check-in). And also where to leave the keys (check-out). You can do this at the Studios restaurant next to it. But anyways everything else was great.

Superb

The room was spacious and comfortable. It is located away from the main street so it's quite and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants and facilities at your doorstep There is also a lovely restaurant next door on the beach front in case you don't feel like going too far. We enjoyed our stay here.

The best place to stay!

The location is perfect, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. Our room was with sea view and two terraces. The room was renovated, nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly, he organized an airport pick up for us and helped us with later check-in and check-out.

Everything was perfect! I recommend it!

We really spent a wonderful vacation on the beautiful Cretan beaches.

Location on the beach. Great designed studio, fully equipped. A kind and helpful host. His charming Greek tavern is next to the accommodation. An excellent disco bar is across from the accommodation. Best of all are the beautiful Cretan beaches.

Strong wind in Crete in early October. And really big waves. We could not use the beach where the studio is for the whole week of our stay. Therefore, we had to rent a car every day of our stay, in order to find the beaches in the lee, without waves.

Hidden Gem

Very clean and tidy! i only stayed 2 nights and was gone all day, but I liked it. It’s only a minute from the beach, just separated by the restaurant in front. The owner/manager Vasilis was very nice and helpful. Will stay again when in the area.

Although there might be some rooms with a view to the sea, mine did not. There might be a side view if it wasn’t obstructed by trees.

Great Location 10/10 would stay again

The location is absolutely amazing! We could see part of the beach from our back door patio and was less than a minute walk to the beach. The snorkeling was great right off the beach. Saw lots of fish. It was in very close proximity to the beach and lots of great restaurants within 1-15 minute walk and a grocery store was less than a three-minute walk. The owner was very kind, the room was very clean and comfy, and was cleaned often.

Exceptional

Whole stay was amazing. Localisation, viev, good loking and well equipped apartment. But most of all, the owner Vasilis and his son Jorgos those two are the reason that I will surely visit them again. Greetings from Poland.

Unfortunately we coudn't spend more time there.

Wonderful relaxing holidays

It is located in a very nice place very quiet and some meters from the sea. Perfect place for relax. The studios are very cozy, were renovated and are really comfortable. Vasilis,is a great person, very nice and helped me a lot. He fixed problems for me (safe, tv, tours, taxi, towels, cleaning...) . He did everything very professionally and always with a smile on his face. Thanks Vasilis and his Studio I had a fantastic time in Agia Marina . I will come back for sure.

Great stay at Studios Vasilis

The room was really spacious and everything was super clean and well kept. The kitchen unit was well equipped along with the loo. There was also a balcony and all in all exceeded expectations.

The only thing I can say is that the WiFi in my room wasn’t particularly strong.
