Really well looked after little hotel with lovely staff and fantastic buffet restaurant attached. Rooms are compact but perfectly adequate.

Parking spots nearby very limited not many gaps appeared while we were there, over the weekend. Steep stairs to room, don't think there's a lift.

Perfect location for our overnight stay for a new year's eve party at the Waterloo Music Bar, as only about 50yds away Very warm welcome from the proprietor (Dilip) with a great bar and restaurant attached. Unfortunately the restaurant was shut for refurbishment (understandable for christmas/new year), but does mean it should be in tip top condition for 2023

Room was spacious with plenty of storage if needed for a longer stay. Bed was comfortable enough. Staff were helpful. Didn't try restaurant but food did look good.

Room didn't come with any toiletries in bathroom so I'd make sure to take your own. Location was ok but definitely a longer walk to the tower than Google thinks!

we went to the karioki friday night in the bar it was full of people in working clothes even though there was a dress code and poor language spoiled the night. many people who were guests left it we felt uncomfortable being there and were the subject of poor looks.

The room was a good size. It has its own pub and restaurant. The staff are very friendly.

The shower was good and powerful but should be higher. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Room was great suites my family of 5 plenty of space and cosy

Only problem i had was on our last night and morning the shower wouldn't heat up but that's just one of them things other than that i cannot fault anything
