The rooms were lovely, spacious and incredibly clean. The staff cleaning the room even put our groceries in the fridge for us which was much appreciated. They were equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The adult pool was also very nice, had a European feel to it in terms of decor and looked out onto the beach which was very picturesque.
It was incredibly expensive and the hotel wasn't of the standard we were expecting for the costs. It felt almost like an all-inclusive resort you might find somewhere like Florida, instead of the stylish and chic resort we were expecting. I would recommend looking into this before booking, as I have been to other islands in the Caribbean that have had a lot nicer resorts. For the price of three nights you could spend nearly 10 days in Europe. The drinks and food were also very expensive. The staff were responsive in advance of myself paying the bill in full upon arrival however trying to get an invoice and confirmation the deposit of £400 (which was simply taken from my account without any prior warning) being refunded took several days and I didn't get the deposit back for nearly 2 weeks after getting back to the UK.

Incredible beach. Lovely spacious rooms and very well kitted out. The staff everywhere were , so kind and friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much effort. It’s paradise and we literally had the trip of a lifetime.
Nothing.

Beautiful grounds and very clean villa.
Additional drainage is needed to absorb the rainy season.

Amazing beach and service.
Really expensive and we experienced a blackout for more than 7 hours and the resort does not have a backup for that.

The property was very clean.
Flooding had caused an issue with the golf course and water clarity in the bay.Layout of our room was exceptional.
inconsistency of the opening of beach bar and closing time of main bar.
Confusion on tipping. Every bill had a 15 percent charge, but we tipped extra when the service was good .

Place is really nice, people are nice and welcoming and ready to help you figure things out. Facilities are well maintained and everything is spotless clean.
On the days we've visited the Emerald bay well, the water wasn't at all "emerald" (it was black dirty) and I wish the property would have let us know in advance (flooding happened at least 5 days before we arrived). Since this is the main attraction of that location, you can imagine the disappointment.

villa was very nice and the ocean views were spectacular. beach was also very nice - wide, clean, easy to walk. family pool was clean and refreshing.
I had reservations for the upscale restaurant for a Thursday only to find out it was going to be closed. good thing I noticed that since I was not informed by the resort. some broken glass around the adult pool area should never happen - sweep that up! no DVD player in villa despite what the website says. high prices for some of the breakfast items- $6 for a single slice of toast?!

Fantastic staff and management, kind, friendly and genuine. Thanks, Ceyon, for making our stay so pleasant and for finding Zelma, our excellent driver, throughout our stay.

Nice beach, good size rooms
This is not a five or even four star hotel! it is a condominium rental company that rent out rooms for condominium owners and market the property as a five star hotel. Facilities are at the condominium rental level and little more. Consequently given the prices that are charged it is expensive and disappointing. For example in the rooms there is no complimentary drinking water, no bathrobes, no beach flip flops, old extremely uncomfortable beds and no turndown service with half an hour a day of housekeeping. If you wanted water you would have to buy at the reception for exorbitant price or get a taxi for $120 round trip and go to George Town to the supermarket. This is a mid-range half decent condo resort but NOT a hotel. the restaurant food is basic.

Very big residence in a nice location but with space for improvement. The apartment was big with a very well equipped kitchen. We tried 2/3 restaurants and the service was extremely slow, not particularly kind and the menù quite poor. Prices are extremely high for everything. The beach is nice even if there are better places in the island.
I am not sure I will choose again this residence if coming back to Exuma

How expensive food was🙈 We we’re also told breakfast was complimentary every morning. We found out it wasn’t after getting there.

Excellent staff. everyone very friendly and hospitable. Food quality was not the best, but that is the Bahamas. Some minor wear & tear on the room that could use some attention. overall a very nice resort
