We will not come back

Diner in a freezing restaurant. Had to wait for a long time to have our food. Room was not clean.

Locatie is top,hotel straalt charme uit Gezellig restaurant/bar

Douche niet goed (water spuit alle kanten uit) aan receptie shampoo en douchegel moeten bijvragen (wel zonder problemen gekregen)

Mooi hotel gelegen op een prachtige locatie!

Uitgebreid ontbijt in buffet stijl,alles aanwezig met kwaliteits producten,grote kamer met zeer goed kingsize bed en badkamer met grote inloopdouche.

Koude kamer,verwarming werkte niet naar behoren.

Ons verblijf was perfect.

Personeel was vriendelijk,behulpzaam bij vragen. Ontbijt was zeer goed, alles was aanwezig. Pannekoekjes, verschillende soorten confituur, allerliei koekjes, enz.. Supergrote badkamer met ligbad en inloopdouche, apart toilet.

It is a nice Hotel, but for what you pay, it should be better

Nice Hotell big rooms, big Bathrooms. Super location, directly close to the National Park

Unfortunately we got the room in the "-1" Floor: no much light and it had a strange smell. Could have been better No big Mirror in the Room No good quality of Shampoo/Shower gel

Beautiful hotel with comfort issues.

Very nice room with comfortable beds. A great location in a true resort area and close to shopping. Very friendly staff that was helpful and courteous.

It was very hot and humid during our stay and the AC did not work well at all. There was not a fan for air circulation either. Therefore it was hard to get comfortable in the room at night to sleep.

Perfect entrance to the natural park

Great location and service. Beautiful building and decor. Very comfy. Great value for money

Not much. I would just say that our room could have used a little bit of a refresh (paint and furniture scratches) and that I was a bit surprised by the lack of a communal seating area in the lobby maybe… but really these are very minor things

Good value for money, nice rooms, staff professionalism and welcoming should significanly be improved.

Big spacious corner room with large windows, lots of light, comfortable king size bed.

Welcoming was extremely mediocre. Nobody ready to help us with the luggage, no real "welcome", but instead directly talking about the practical things. Room check in is at 3PM. Restaurant (dinner) so-so. Breakfast is good.

Superb epic hotel

The building is very beautifully renovated and stylish, instant-welcome-feeling. Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff and the tropical swimming pool, mini-golf, biking, wellness facilities and much more of the Terhills center park domain can be easily reached (on foot or with a shuttle (both with a driver or without)).

Very complicated system with the shuttle to the wellness. We got different information from hotel/wellness. The bus driver was mad and we should drive 3 times the distance to the hotel.

Lovely place in excellent location; restaurant good but limited choice.

Nice room, comfy bed (a welcome change after the Rotterdam Hilton, where the bed was like sleeping ona slab of concrete).

Rooms were advertised a with shower or bath. We had asked for one with bath but were given one with only a shower. Dinner in the restaurant was good, though the choice was a bit limited. House Chardonnay (from Chile) was excellent. We found the waitress a bit too gushy though.

The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. The consideration to park nearby due to heavy rain made it easy for our stay that night.

the kindness and the professionalism of the staff the beauty of the place

the room was a little damaged (traces here and there on the walls and on the bedhead) and the windows weren't cleaned. the water leak due to the shower door.

the terrace of the restaurant is small and doesn’t have a nice view although the hotel has a nice garden. why not have a terrace on the garden side of the hotel?
