njce hôtel and good restaurent

very poor internet system that you gave to pay for bizarre system of returning remote controls totally inadequate bit far from the center so no choice if restaurents

Noumea Stay

The hotel was lovely n clean. The food at the restaurant was beautiful.

Front desk staff struggled to understand English but were friendly n polite.

I booked the accommodation for my son and his bride for their honeymoon.

Staff were approachable, cheerful and helpful

Granted people's standards and expectations differ. The level of cleanliness and comfort could have been better, was less than what was expected based on the rating/reviews on the website, a bit misleading to be honest.

I would choose a different hotel

The staff was really friendly and helpful

Really far away from the city centre even though the website mentions 2,2 miles distance from it. Nothing around and the restaurant wasn't good at all. For a cheaper price you can go in a better hotel right next to the esplanade.

Great room but not a business hotel.

Room was big bigger than anticipated, really nice Staff were polite

For a business hotel it was lacking in customer service. No offer of local attractions/tours as stated in the hotel brochure. Early check in due to early flight requested was not only moved back to normal 3pm check in, but even later. Totally understood that staff sickness is an issue, however we should have been told check in would be very late and an option to keep our bags. We arrived at `12.30pm and hung around/went to the expensive restaurant waiting to check in. If informed properly, we would have gone sightseeing for a few hours instead very happily.

Excellent location for transit stop overs, with easy access to the airport and excellent facilities.

The room and hotel facilities, including the restaurant and bar were all very well appointed and comfortable. We usually stay in Noumea near the beaches but this was a better location for a short transit stop, where we needed to be closer to the airport. Very nice.

Free wifi was very limited and could have been more. That's the only negative.

I liked that it had a washing machine and a clothes dryer, beds are comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything thing that we needed... Thanx for the excellent accommodation.
