Love everything about the property and our stay in Orange

Excellent beautiful gardens great area nice and quiet very comfortable stay .We would recommend to others for a great place to stay. Orange is a fantastic place and very clean and tidy love it

It was very pleasant.

Location was nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Wifi took a long time to sort out in the beginning. Would have been nice to have somewhere comfortable to sit outside.

clean well furnished and comfortable

wifi on the limit of extender providing a weak unusable signal .. when complained management unable to assist .. very inconvenient water pressure low made for a poor showering experience

Pleasant, spacious and good value

It's not a new place, but it's got everything you might need and I think good value for the price. Pleasant location on the property of an old farm (but still close to town), nice gardens, very spacious room, well-stocked kitchenette, comfortable beds, good linen and towels. Pretty quiet apart from occasional car on nearby road. Nicer than a regular motel.

Low-flow shower head. No tissues provided that I could find.

I would without hesitation visit again, loved my stay and all the team were just lovely.

The beautiful ambiance of the gardens were just lovely in this magical setting. The overall presentation of the accommodation, so clean and very welcoming with great amenities. Being able to park undercover so conveniently was such a bonus!

The property met our expectations, based on the information we had.

Beautiful and well maintained gardens ., and outdoor areas .. Accommodation clean and comfortable. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property , it was as described. The owners were responsive to our request for an early check in , which we greatly appreciated. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome during our communications.

Not a good vibe

Undercover parking close to room. kitchen facilities.

Did not receive a welcoming reception on arrival. Lack of power points. it is the only time I have ever cancelled all future bookings during my stay.

The property is close to the Ploughmans Wetlands - a great place for a walk.

Booking.com photos need updating - the rooms are better than what was shown in the photos.

More like a stand-alone motel room than an apartment

Quiet and a short drive into town. Clean and tidy with single car under cover parking. Spacious gardens with undercover BBQ area.

Bed is a standard double - smaller than most. Bathroom is basic and dated (no shower screen) and the kitchenette is v basic with a bar fridge and microwave, no stove top, dishwasher or oven. Overall looking a bit tired and dated.
