We very much enjoyed our stay. House is amazing, hosts are very friendly. We would totally recommend this place.
Location, very spacious, beautiful view, covered parking, dog is allowed

Amazing!
Villa Graniti is an amazing place to spend some holidays on the Costa Smeralda. It is close to beautiful beaches and the main point of interests of the region. The village of San Pantaleo is also a lovely place for the evening. The villa itself is nice and comfortable and very well equipped. The view and the terrace are gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!
There is almost no connection in the house and the wifi does not really work. Bed linen are in extra cost.

Superb
The location is perfect, close to several beautiful beaches, reachable by car within minutes. Also the nearby San Pantaleo village is wonderful. The owners are very nice, giving us all the information we need. The view from the villa is amazing, we enjoyed the terrace and the garden with sea view, the peace and quite we found there. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Poor wi-fi.
