The room with no A/C and no fan. Very noise. Smelly.

Very centrally located, recently refurbished. Cozy and spacious rooms, comfortable beds well functioning shower. Parking available. A good stay overall
The breakfast can be improved in terms of variety of what is being offered. Filtered coffee would be a plus. We heard some noise in the morning like renovation works, starting from around 7am. Most TV channels are blurred and the wifi was rather weak in our rooms. Still a good stay though

The rich breakfast with friendly service. The experienced receptionists for check in and out. The location in Nakuru downtown is truly a quiet place at night.
The warm water in the bathroom required long time flushing the cold water until hot was available.

The room is extremely modern, clean and completely exceeded our expectations. The restaurant next door was a good option for evening food. Staff were great and helped with arranging safaris.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort.
The room was spacy, clean, and comfortable - exactly as advertised in the pictures.
The buffet breakfast was very good and tasty with a variety of items on offer.
The WiFi connection wasn't too great on the higher floors and the entrance to the parking can get a bit too congested during rush hours.

The 5th flor veranda is recommendable with a brilliant view over the city down to the lake.
The location is downtown however it is a quiet place to sleep

Staff went out of their way to secure a meal for us in the middle of a Curfew brought about by Covid-19 movement restriction.
