The owner Bruno was helpful and super friendly. I was supposed to stay in the hostel but in the end I got an apartment on front of the beach just for myself, which was great.
December in Portugal is not the warmest and there was no heating in the apartment so it got a bit cold during the night.

Very good location Good kitchen.
Very small room with two stage bad. It actually room only for one person so why not have just a simple single bed. On the under bed is not possible to sit it's to low sealing on the upper bed is very uncomfortable to climb.

had a really great stay! location is perfect- very close to main street, cafes, food store and bus stops yet on a quiet and calm street. place is super clean and you get everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels. the host Anabele was very welcoming and surf lessons with Bruno was super fun!
just wish I didnt need to get back home and could stay a little longer!

Villa is very close to beach and restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc.
Has a very homely feel in general, benefits of a well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace to chill.
Bruno and Anabela were absolutely great as hosts - very easy to communicate and always available to advise and sort out all of our various requests…( pick ups, surf lessons, bike and car rentals etc). Thank for making the stay so great.
Bedroom was rather small for 3 adults- but than again not much need to stay in bedroom and therefore we were not st s ask bothered and there was plenty of space in the rest of the Villa.

We really liked the location. We wanted to visit the beach and this was incredibly close. Anabela was very helpful during check in, and other guests were friendly as well.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. None of us volunteered to take a shower in there. The room was small enough that we had to take turns moving around. Then again, nobody comes to Costa da Caparica to hang out in their room.

I was the only person in a 6 bedroom so it was ok, but in summer, if 6 persons are in that room, it wil get veryvery crowded/narrow. Fridge not very clean and "guests" who serve themselve out of the fridge for free.

Simple, functional and very nice owners. Clean too. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. Owners are very accomodating

Very friendly house owner. Ana is great! Good location, small rooms but very comfy and there’s also a nice terrace to relax. We felt comfortable all the time. It’s very close to the beach, only a 5 minutes walk. To sum up, I would come back again to this nice place! :-)

Staff super kind and helpful ; house fully equipped , clean and with great terrace and barbecue area. Room comfortable , and location just perfect, close to the sea and to the centre.

The owner was really friendly and very helpful especially with giving us an advice how to get to the town easy. This is why we feel sorry to give so low scores but unfortunately this is what we have experienced and comparing to the other places where we have stopped before.
The bed linen was dirty. Pillows covers where disgusting. I am not even sure it was changed after previous users. The bathroom's shower head was dirty with fungus/mould on it. The shower itself wasn't the cleanest one. There was no wardrobe or place where to keep the clothes. We were however offered a bigger room but the standard was similar. The house doesn't look the same as on the photos on booking.com
