Perfect perfect stay

I would like to thank to the staff of hotel the owner Seyran and The administrator Geghetsik they were very friendly with me.The room was very warm and comfortable.Location was also good 1 kilometr from Republic Square. I wiil go again there.

Bad

Terrible hotel. Or it's not a hotel, it's a real bad hostel. Who gave the stars to this slowdown. The owner himself? This is one star and that one in the sky. Worst of all lies. Post actual photos of the rooms!!!! As they are. Where did you get the photos from? In fact, these are dead beds, and he probably brought the mattress from the garbage heap. We didn't stop there. When we saw this horror. It’s good if you don’t pick up any animals, for example, lice. To my indignation at the deceit, the owner began to shout and said that you need to think when the price is not like in the Ritz. One request not to lie about living conditions. I do not recommend to anyone.

The balcony view is nice. The AC is working well. The location is good, not far from the centre.

It was very dirty in the bathroom. We asked to clean it up, but no one did it. The kettle was old, mouldy and disgusting. There was no one at reception during the day. We saw the receptionist only when we arrived. The entrance door was always open. You can pay only in cash.

Very good

The lady who keep the hotel was adorable and did her best to help us. The owner was as well very kind to allow m early check-in upon my early arrival. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city centre.

One of the two beds was a bit old and therefore not the most comfortable.

You can live here for several days if you plan to walk a lot

Quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the center. Good choice for your money. The room has a kettle and a small fridge. Clean towels and linen. Disposable slippers, soap and shampoo. The room has a general light, but no local lights. There is wi-fi. Access is written on the memo in the room (also an email and phone number to contact the owner) Payment on the spot in cash AMD or foreign currency.

If you are sensitive, a spring mattress can be uncomfortable. It would be better if it was supplemented with a soft mattress pad.

Great place and highly recommended. Plan to return again.

Welcoming and attentive Host. All staff were courteous and extremely helpful with local information. Breakfast was very ample and had a different choice each Morning. Complimentary Refreshments were offered during my stay ... a nice touch !

No real negatives, it would be a good plan for the Host to go around all of the facilities and note anything needing attention.

Not worth the money

Facilities; old and worn out. No AC,shower handle is broken,Toilet doesn't flush, water gets cold suddenly and in the morning 2 times I found no hot water,TV doesn't work, curtains are torn out they don't cover the window-remember what you are paying for this. Cleanliness: The room was relatively clean but the Bathroom wasn't cleaned at all for 5 days Location:The immediate area is dark without lights at night and it's basically an area for cars wash and repairs! The area is a bit of a walk from the metro station, (more than the advertised 850 feet) but it is not the end of the world. Staff: They don't speak English and obviously they expect only russian guests,so If you don't speak Armenian or Russian you'll be largely ignored.One lady can understand little English but you need to chase after her to ask for things,I asked her many times to take out the trash and I was ignored, and she didn't want to give me breakfast at 10:15 am! I feel that as a paying guest I should not have to be so forward in such a way.Also,their information about daily housekeeping is untrue. Staff make a lot of noise early morning (door slaming and chatting at the reception) inconsiderate towards guests. Breakfast:Very basic and the same everyday but enough to start your day. There is a house next to t hotel makes very loud family parties until morning 6 am and when I asked the hotel about this , they didn't recognize it as a problem.Expect no sleep if the neighbors decide to make a family party-remember what you are paying for this. Terrible Wi-fi connection it it disappears constantly.
