Stay is good, breakfast space should be bigger

It was adequate, but i will not go there again.

Once in the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place looked old and whilst they gave us a parking place after an initial struggle to find it, it had no formal parking for guests. It was a challenge to get someone to attend to us as there was no entrance bay or valet parking facility offered. It took a few phone calls and a couple round driving around the area to get someone from the hotel to bother to get out and meet us at the entrance. did not feel like a 4-start hotel.

No friendly environment. Too crowded with guests sleeping everywhere on the chairs to get a room. .

The room was big enough. Nothing in the bathroom for clients. Toiletry. Food not set up nicely. Breakfast not rich. I checked out the following day. Staffs rude. Not helpful.

L'emplacement est très bon surtout pour faire les courses

Les chambres sont belles mais mal entretenues. Une fois on avait juste changer les draps sur le lit , le reste des pièces,salle de bain..non lavés, poubelle non vidés

Siisti Hotelli, rauhallinen ja sijainti oli hyvää

Aamupala oli ihan hyvää, mutta olisi voinut olla enemmän vaihtoehtoja.

Hidas palvelu, aamupalan tila oli pieni, jouduttiin odottamaan useasti jos tulet esim. Klo 9.30 tai jälkeen.

I really like everything during my stay except for daily sheet change I noticed which was not done.

Quilt cover been not changed which was there with blood stain.

Very expensive to what you get. Noisy bad experience.

The cleanness is ok. That’s all.

How on earth such a staying place could get an 8 rate!? I booked here upon the high rate here on booking. It’s noisy, busy crowded area. That’s all might be fine if the price is way cheaper, but according to the price !! It is not worth at all.

Was a pleasant to stay there.

The location was great. It was close to everything and could easily move around. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Good for a short stay, good value for money, comfortable spacious room, friendly, helpful staff.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job without being seen. The breakfast was more than adequate, with varied selections every day. The staff at the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly, especially Ruth from Nigeria. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is great for getting around Dubai by train. Good for a short stay.

The outer aesthetic of the hotel, surrounding location, and entrance on the ground floor are not as pleasant as at other 4-star hotels, and there isn't any clear area for taxi pickup or drop-off, which is probably why this hotel's price point is more affordable. Nevertheless, it's very good value for money!

A clean room near to Metro station, great service from all staff

Property is very near to Metro station and Stay was very good. We stay here for seven nights. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms were very clean. I can recommend this hotel for your stay.

Relatively clean property and decently maintained with great staff

Found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom one morning, ordered room service for vegetable sweet corn soup, got hot water with salt and corn in it with no condiments

It was a wonderful moment with My family in the Hyatt Place.

Their breakfast and the two souls we met at the entrance, Mr. Smith and Lady Christina. They made us feel more like home and next time I am traveling back, i will definitely come back at the same hotel because of you two!

The swimming pool is small and closing time is too early.

The warmth of all the staffs in general... thank you for making me and my mum feel at home away from home.. on our last day my mum couldn't come down for breakfast and the manager took notice and asked if I wanted to take some breakfast to the room I just said orange juice would be nice and he said don't qorry we'll get some freshly squeezed for her... thank you everyone and thank you Jennifer for helping with printing document I urgently needed thank you and bless you all

It’s a nice hotel to recommend, with service and location

The service and cleanliness was impressive. There’s Vartika at the reception who put me really since my checkin. Sanat and Yamuna kept the cleanliness and the regular check was nice of them.
