Wonderful stay

I recently had a wonderful stay at Casa Magnolia. The atmosphere was tranquil and calming, surrounded by lush green garden. The breakfast is delicious. There were some great restaurants nearby in Cumbayá. The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed having my own terrace. I should mention that there were a few friendly dogs around. Carola, the host, was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I would highly recommend this place.

while it is located in quite neighborhood and I had a great sleep, the overall sound isolation could be better.

It’s a great place that served a delicious breakfast and had comfortable rooms

charming multi level property with a friendly staff including 7 dogs and 4 cats!

No restaurants in walking distance and ride leading to property wasn’t good for walking

Casa Magnolia is a beautiful, comfortable, and quiet home surrounded by gardens, a hidden oasis.

Casa Magnolia is a hidden, beautiful house and garden located near the big shopping center in Cumbaya. It was easy to walk to the mall to find restaurants for dinner without having to drive. The owner, Carola, has created a truly beautiful and lush garden and home that is inviting and cozy. The breakfast room is a cheerful large sunroom with a tree growing through the roof. Our room was comfortable and pretty, with a large bathroom and a small balcony. Carola is an excellent cook and she made a wonderful dinner for us one evening, in addition to an excellent breakfast each morning with fresh fruits and juice, good breads, and eggs. It is a beautiful, inviting, and comfortable place to stay. We felt very much at home.

An absolute gem - what an amazing discovery and beautiful, magic place. The hostess was super-friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. The place inside is sooooo tastefully decorated. HIGHLY recommended - if you need to be in Cumbaya, don't hesitate and book this place before it's unavailable.

Hidden sanctuary in middle of Cumbaya

Good location, walkable distance from restaurants and shopping mall, at the end of a small street. Nice country house with huge garden with various animals and birds, many plants, feels like a hidden sanctuary. Great breakfast with fruits, toats, variety of cheese & hams, coffee or tea and fresh juice. Good size room with little terrace, good bed, sheets, enough space to keep suitcause, many light outlets, blackout curtains. Nice staff and ready to accomodate my coming and goings, questions and to call taxi as other providers/apps do not come there. Definitely return if I am in the area.

I had no issue, but questioning safety at night walking in the alley to the house. Not a dog lover, hence many dogs are free to walk in the facility. Room was just outside common area, hence had people discussing trips right in front of my door early morning, but guessing other rooms might not have that issue. Bathroom could use some specific cleaning as noticed many visible brushing toothpaste marks behind the sink.

Carola is a warm hostess who arranged our pick up from the airport and gave great recommendations for a quick stay in Cumbaya. Very cozy rooms, comfortable beds with fresh duvets, in stunningly beautiful lush, green gardens, with fruit trees. The breakfast overlooking the outdoors was superb. We will definitely be staying there again.

Quiet location with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were well appointed and clean.

Walls are quite thin, so you can hear almost everything your neighbours are doing unless they are really quiet. everyone was thoughtful so it was fine, but good to be aware of this.

Breakfast was great and had avocados fresh from the garden. Magnolia is like a little slice of eden in the middle of a city. Home away from home. Also, all the pet dogs were a welcomed addition.

An excellent and beautiful property near the old town run with care and attention to the guests.

The owner paid fastidious attention to detail and was courteous and highly attentive. my breakfast was first right with unlimited gourmet coffee and a chance to enjoy the beautiful view. Power for Wi-Fi kept me connected to my office and obligations. The bathroom facilities were extremely modern and clean. I can only say that I will 100% stay there again as Carson Magnolia sets the gold standard for high-end boutique hotels at an affordable price!

Really nice and comfy Hotel!

This hotel is so lovely! Lorena, the dogs and the cats welcomed me very kind and warm hearted. I immediately felt comfortable at this place. There is a big green Garden that looks like a little Djungle. Theres also a giant Avocado Tree in the garden from that you can eat the best Acocados 😊 They also offered a safe and nice shuttle from the airport to the hotel and to places you want to go. Lorena is super helpful and is always trying her best to let you feel good. I can definetly recommend this place!

The location is hidden away which makes it quieter but difficult for taxis to find. It is like a bed & breakfast in the States. It is a funky layout. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator which made it difficult with heavy suitcases. There is no TV in the rooms or in the lounge area. Our room was quite cramped & the shower sprayed all over the bathroom.
