La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il bagno bello grande e il personale per le procedure del check-in telefonico super gentile.

Not so clean, but at least comfortable.

The location, AC and the comfortable bed. That's actually it.

The TV remote didn't work, staff took a long time to reply to my concerns and the information about the WiFi in the room is outdated, but I had to figure that out myself. Also, the towels and bathroom weren't as clean as I hoped and there's a whole in a wall in the bathroom that was stuffed with a tissue, which I find concerning.

Items in the room were broken and customer service was poor.

We liked the location we were close by to the theater.

We received the wrong room the first couple of days and then when we received the room with a balcony items were broken in the room. We couldn’t hang our clothes the balcony was empty you weren’t able to sit. The AC leaked. When I messaged the host and then her pictures she ignored my message.

It was very clean and comfortable

The lift didn't work and we had a heavy luggage but it was just one floor

quite expensive for not getting much, it is further away from the city center

comfortable bed

nobody is at the property, you need to call them so they give you pin number for a box with keys.. It is very hard to get in the second door.. the lady on the phone spoke very little English so it took like 30 minutes just to get in my apartment.. I also didn't like how the payment was handled, they just send you a random link through messages where you pay, it was a bit sketchy for my taste

The bed was comfy.

The balcony was empty (no table-no chairs). No tea/coffee machine. Poor Wi-Fi. The place could have been cleaner

the room are quite cold when the heater (I guess during the summer it must be very refreshing) isn’t on otherwise they’re quite nice and clean

Exceptional

The host was very helpful, we booked at 23.00 because we had problem to rent a car and it was not problem, the lady explained us everything and really helped us with everything.

Nothing really, it was clean enough

It is a flat , there are no common areas , the rooms are in a bad state . The jacuzzi appears broken, and the shower has no privacy

The staff was friendly, room clean and ok

The rooms are very noisy, you can easily hear people from other rooms, people entering very late and putting music at 2-6 am is easy to hear everywhere and nobody there to intervene. Also far from the centre (steep), tough at the Sardinian temperatures. Bed quite uncomfortable

Nothing

It was cold in the room. No heating. Very noisy room. I could hear the conversation on the floor above (in fact, I could hear the washing machine from the neighbours above until 1am). The room was not cleaned. Towels were not changed. Poor value for the price paid (80 euro per night). It is a guest house. When I arrived, another guest kindly opened the door for me. Otherwise, I would have had to be waiting at the door for an hour.
