La atención del personal, son muy atentos y amables. Esta muy cerca del andador Guadalupe que es como una de las peatonales más lindas para pasear, con bares y restaurantes muy cerca. El área común era cómoda. El agua de la ducha bien caliente. Nos quedamos 3 noches y luego de palenque regresamos una noche más ✨

Todo nos gustó, quizá se siente bastante el frío en el cuarto, pero nos dieron calentador y estuvimos super bien y cómodos. ☺️

Hotel PetFriendly. Siempre amables para tratarnos, a pesar que viajamos en fin de año, nos apoyaron para instalarnos y disfrutar del lugar. Súper buena ubicación. Y sin problema con mi perrito, fue bien recibido. Bien ubicado también.

El lugar muy acogedor y muy silencioso, se duerme muy bien. La habitación muy bonita y limpia y la chica de recepción es muy amable. 100% recomendado.

Ds Zimmer war feucht und roch masdiv muffig. An vielen Ecken gab es schwarzen Schimmel. In Bad blühte der Schimmel beteits aus. Die Küche war alles andere als einladend - ein Bretterverdchlag im Innenhof, der alles andere als sauber war. Der Innenhof glich mehr einem Abstellplatu für kaputte Möbel als eine Gelegenheit zum Verweilen. .... Es war von 0900 bis 1600 jemand vom Hostal da - scheinbar um mit dem Handy beschäftigt zu sein und aufzupassen. Die Rezensionen vorheriger Gäste in Sachen gemeinsam Kochen, gemeinsame Abende und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter kann ich in keinster weise teilen. The location, the bathroom and the room was clean. It was accessible, the staff was nice and it seems that they make an effort. But, for the price it wasn't very good, it should be cheaper.

First they gave us a price and we paid for it, when we made our check out. They told us that they made a mistake because they should charge us a little more and we were asked to pay the difference, the friend from this person told her that she should have checked on the computer because there was supposed to appear that difference. And this is wrong because we booked and accepted it for the price we saw on the app and we missed our bus because of this, and this was their mistake not ours. It's like when you go to the super, if the sticker says a price when you go to pay, even if their system says another they respect the price you saw because that's why you want the product and it's their mistake. The price was higher and it wasn't worth it, because there were spiders everywhere, even a hole in the roof and something fell to me while I was in bed, there was an animal scratching all night on the roof and I couldn't sleep because of the hole and fear of this getting in. Also, it says -hot water 24/7- and there wasn't any hot water. My pillow had old stains too, and it was all humid and old.

We love the staff and that our doggy is welcome and comfy

we had a very cold room with a big wooden door next to the street. Was pretty noisy over the night. I think this was the only room with this “problem” al the others are in an other building.
