appartamentino con vista Baia di Kotor

Appartamento davvero ben pulito e con terrazzino coperto con vista Baia di Kotor. Arredato con gusto. Wi fi funzionante e possibilità di parcheggio in loco. La cucina era moderna e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare a casa. Possibilità di pagare con la carta via booking. Posizione ottima per visitare Kotor, Perast e le altre piccole località della baia. La proprietaria ci ha fornito in anticipo tutte le informazioni utili per il check in.

Le tende oscuranti lasciavano passare comunque la luce del primo mattino (le finestre non sono dotate di tapparelle vere e proprie ma solo di tende oscuranti). Si sentono molto i rumori degli appartamenti vicini (a noi non ha creato grosso fastidio se non in alcuni momenti). Ho trovato il letto davvero scomodo, i cuscini troppo piccoli e anch'essi scomodi, il lenzuolo che copriva il materasso non era delle dimensioni giuste e la coperta è in stile sacco/piumino (unico per due persone). La salita che conduce all'appartamento è ripida e a tratti scivolosa nei giorni di pioggia.

Voyage en Famille

Le logement est super bien placé, magnifique vue, propre, fonctionnel. Parfait. Une terrasse très agréable. Un lit confortable. Tout le nécessaire pour la douche. Et le personnel adorable.

Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il n'y a pas de volet. Juste des rideaux. Et avec un enfant de 4ans cela est compliqué. Mais pour Adulte c'est très bien.

Çok güzel manzaralı bir ev

Ev biraz Kotor merkezden uzakta ama eğer geldiğinizde araç kiraladıysanız önünde otoparkı mevcut. Evin manzarası mükemmel. Ev sahibi de çok tatlı biri. Tek eksiği akıllı tv olmamasıydı.

Having tea in the balcony was very relaxing even in winter

Smooth checkin and checkout and the view in the balcony was amazing , the staff were very welcoming

Merkezden uzak sadece manzara izlemek isterseniz kimp da kendi odanızda denk gelirse tercih edilebilir yoksa gerek yok.

Tesisin manzarası ve temizliği güzel. Ama bizim odamızda manzara yoktu.

Otelin konumu çok kötü. Sahibi zaten orada yok ve hiç ilgili değil. Çalışanı sadece para toplamak için gördük. Otele kendimiz giriş yaptık. Bizi kimse katşılamadı. Aynı otelin merkezde de yeri var ve yanlışlıkla orayada gittik. Duşda sıcak su var ama bozuk.

Görseldeki manzara yoktu. çarşaflar havlular lekeliydi havlular bence baya eskiydi. balkonlu ama deniz manzarası var yazıyordu ama kenardan o kadar kandırmaca bu bence. deniz manzaralı ev bu mu diye sordugumuz için hiç ilgilenmedi bizimle muhtemelen çünkü yorumlara aldanıp geldik biz. kendilerini hiç görmedik bile bu sorun değil ama tavır yaptığı hello bile yazmamasından belliydi. manzara beklentimizi karşılamasa bile ev sahibinin nazik olması gerektiği kanısındayım. ayrıca ev rutubet içindeydi. evet bir daha gitmem ve tavsiye etmem.

Oda tercihinizi iyi yapın üst katları tercih edin mutlaka aracınız yoksa konumu tekrar düşünün

Temizdi ,mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi .

Ulaşım otobüs ile zor saatte bir kez geçiyor . Yokuş baya dik bi yokuş eşyalarla çıkmak zorluyor çevresinde restoranlar yok en yakını 600m durağın yanında bir bakkal var sadece .Hava soğuktu battaniye vs yoktu. Deniz manzaralı diye tutmuştuk ama birinci kat verildiği için manzarayı göremedik . Duşta sıcak su yoktu uzun süre bekledik gelmedi .

Planning and wishing to be there again,but if you dont have a car location may be difficult

View and atmosphere was perfect.

The bed was squeaky and the pillows were hard, and there were no sheets for the person who slept in the sofa.(or i could nor find ) A single sofa in the living room is not enough for a family of 3, there should have been at least 1 more cozy seat

Logement parfait pour un séjour à l'écart de Kotor (15'), tout en étant proche de tout !

Le logement est parfait, très belle vue sur la baie de Kotor (depuis le balcon sur le côté de l'appartement). Situé idéalement au calme, à 15/20' de Kotor. Seul bémol (mais c'est personnel), le lit est trop mou à mon gout.

Érem 4 i només hi havia 3 cadires. No hi havia cap escombra ni fregona. Faria falta perquè la dutxa és arran de terra i surt l'aigua. La vaig demanar però no vaig obtenir resposta.

Lovely for one night

Lovely and modern with high ceilings. Spacious balcony. Thick curtains kept the apartment cool on the top floor. Good air con as well. Biljana was helpful on WhatsApp with check in instructions

Needed a better clean, dirty floors, spiders and cobwebs on the ceilings and ants in the kitchen. Only one mirror in the bathroom

Wonderful overall

It was wonderful, hosts are kind and hospitable. The location was beautiful with mountain views and our apartment was spacious. Overall, was clean and well maintained. My family and I had an excellent stay and would choose this place again!

The only issue was that the shower was overflowing and the water wasn’t going down the drain.

Amazing views, clean property, friendly and attentive hosts.

Excellent stay, amazing views from the balcony, easy to get to, friendly staff Xavier on site for any guidance, Host Biljana was promptly available on whatsapp whenever I had any query. Highly recommend this property in Kotor.

A kettle in the otherwise fully equipped kitchen was missing.

Nice view over the golf.

The extensible sofa was old, smelled bad and had a broken leg. Our apartment was just above the one with access to the pool and garden. None of the pictures presenting the apartment shows the direct view over the private space below. It was impossible to keep the window open without hearing every single word of the people using the pool and garden. The apartments are located in a small, not very touristic village. While it is pretty close to Kotor and Budva, the traffic during the summer months is very heavy - for example it took us 1,5 hours for 30 km to reach Budva. If you want to explore the area, you will waste a lot of time in traffic. We do not blame the owner for this, but we would have liked to know this before making the reservation.
