Releaxing!!!!

The location is seaside and it's easy to get around Flic en Flac Suitable for larger groups. Almost all facilities are available

Quite dark inside, lights should be on even during the day. To prevent moisture smells, windows should be opened daily.

The location and view on the sea are fantastic.

The apartment we had (no.1) had clearly not been open in a long time, and we got a nose full of dust when coming in. We spent the whole weekend in an apartment that had clearly not been cleaned in forever. The rooms were the worst - bedsheets and covers, even the pillows, reeked. I was disappointed as we've been there before, and it was much better then.

Very good

Very nice spot and clean and worth the price and facilities.

Would be more practical douchette in toilet as mauritian people uses water after toilet. Otherwise all good.

Pleasant

The apartment was closed to many restaurants and small shops and accross the beach which is a great plus! The owner was reachable and assisted with all queries we had.

The only negative point would be maybe that the gate to the main road and giving access was closed for security reasons but there was a small door to be able to access the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Immeuble Rayon Vert. Will definitely return when In Mauritius again.

Great location. Beach and food across the road. Bus to Port Louis every 20 minutes. Walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were very clean equipped with fans and air conditioners. Good security.

Microwave was not working. Even the staff could not get it going.

value for money, property needs care and attention but was alright

Brilliant location across the road from the beach, 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars

the property was dated, needed some attention to detail, the grounds outside were poorly maintains and dirty, the property inside was generally clean however kitchen appliances, light switches, walls etc were dirty, towel had brown stains, all irons were broken, the shower was poor. cheap stay

Comfortable stay

Good location. Shame about the sea view - it was blocked by the hawkers stalls and parasols. Owner was very accommodating.

Could do with an update and could definitely be cleaner. Especially the kitchen appliances, the doors and windows. The road traffic noise lasts till the early hours of the morning.

It's was a very nice place to stay. You just have to cross the road to go to the beach ⛱.. lots of places where you can buy food.

Very impressed with location, cleanliness and utencils.

Top location. Just walk across the road for food, coconut water and beach. Hard to beat. Friendly staff and caretakers.

The caretaker had trouble opening the doors of the property with the set of 8 Keys. It took us 1 hr to fiddle with these keys to ensure the property was securely locked.
