I booked an apartment with them only because they advertised it with a balcony and on arrival I was told that they could not give me an apartment with a balcony.

Spacious and quiet

I found a couple of small cockroaches, no replacement of toilet paper on the cleaning day, bin bags not supplied.

The place was very clean and located very near the train station. Noemi was very accommodating and helpful when I requested for early check-ins/late check-outs. She made sure I had a comfortable stay.

The area gets a bit noisy at night. Wearing ear plugs or closing the window helps.

I like the proximity to the Oerlikon train station. Also huge grocery shops are walking distance. The flat feels cozy and is equipped with everything you might need for an everyday life. Also the contact person for the flat was very helpful every time I needed something.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes off. Also the heating system doesn't heat constantly but in periods, so if you work from home the whole day, you might need a warm sweater. Despite these cons I would still recommend the flat :)

Home from home comfort, serviced weekly. Larger than most serviced apartments which are often cramped, Convenient location close to Oerlikon station, bus and tram routes. You can be in the centre of Zurich in ten minutes. Cooking and washing facilities in the flat are great, not the communal cellar wash facilities so frequently found in Zurich.
