Lovely hotel

The friendly, welcoming staff made my stay almost perfect - always helpful and have a smile for you. Delicious healthy breakfast served every day. When there was a problem with my room, the manager resolved it quickly. Great location with everything you're likely to need within walking distance. Nice views from the balcony with comfy chairs. I will definitely come back if I'm in Tbilisi again. All things considered, one of the best little hotels I've stayed in.

Some of the bathroom fittings/plumbing don't work as they should (only affected me on my first and last days, and staff are very professional and responsive so address problems when you mention them).

The location was good.

Poor quality of the mattress, poor quality of pretty much everything, it was quite dirty.

Great hotel in a great location.

Pool was great after a day of tourism. The neighborhood is perfect if you want an area that is very central, hip but still normal.

The breakfast could be better. Especially the coffee. They offer only filter coffee from a coffee maker. a basic automatic espresso machine would make it feel much more luxurious without much extra expense.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Margarita is amazing ! Good location close to Rustaveli metro station, kids loved the swimming pool!

Pleasant stay in the summer days

Very helpful stuff, can't be more happy! Good location near Rustaveli. Nice backyard to rest with plants and swimming pool. In the shower is offered a toothbrush and toothpaste.

No bed covers change in 4 days even with 'please clean our room' sign, cleaning is mediocre. The breakfast is usually cold if to come after 1 hour, the swimming pool was non-swimmable cold as well even in the daytime

Very nice hotel with adorable staff

Very good hotel with a beautiful backyard with a pool. I did not try it unfortunately because the weather did not allow to swim :( By the way, the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I spent adorable 4 nights in this hotel. Breakfast is very good and coffee and tea are available 24h. It is quite far from the city center, but I like walking everywhere on foot, so this point was not very uncomfortable. I recommend this place!

A quite place near to the center

It was a comfortable stay, quite location and a very tasty breakfast. Wifi was good for work. They have a small garden and I found a small cute kitten there. It was so nice to sit in a chair, enjoying the pleasant warm weather with the sun and a sleeping cat on my feet :)

Amazing sweet hotel at a perfect location! Lovely staff, Margaritoula mou💙, what a personality 🤗! Very nice breakfast, several options and FRESH :) Free coffee/tea all day! See you again later!

Great hospitality

Very nice hotel. Wonderful stuff who really make you feel at home. Vera is vibrant neighborhood full of hipster / indie places to have coffee (e.g., Shavi, Pulp, Prospero) and eat (e.g., Wine Factory No. 1 (we enjoyed Shushabandi and the Mexican styled restaurant), Zala (make a reservation for the garden))

Anazing hotel and members of staff, will definitely come back and recommend.

I loved my stay in Sani Hotel. Spent a beautiful week here. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, were always making sure that are stay is 1000% comfortable. Cute and delicious breakfast, unlimited tea’s and coffees. Things like iron and wine opener were given to us. Management team always looking after the pool area, making sure it’s pleasant and no leaves were falling into the pool from the tree. Were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday here, when hotel found out about it, they gifted a delicious bottle of wine and offered to hide my balloons until the next morning for the surprise. In conclusion, I would definitely come here again and recommend!!!! 😍

very nice and clean hotel with very good continental breakfast. We enjoyed a swimming pool (good size). could walk everywhere or the metro station is very close. some very nice restaurants close too. coffee/tea available whole day. good wifi.

Superb

Staff was really nice and always willing to help with our requests. Breakfast was very diverse (and they served us earlier than normal hour when we had a day trip). Hotel is not far from city center but far enough to not be a noisy area.

Furniture was a bit old although it was serviceable.
