L'intoxication chimique lors de l'ouverture de la porte de la chambre. Il nous a fallu ventiler une demi heure pour pouvoir rester dans la chambre tellement l'odeur et la présence de produit de nettoyage était incommodante.....et cela a minuit. On a failli repartir.... Sans oublier la lunette des WC qui n'était pas fixée et la douche qui fuyait.... Et puis la décoration faite d'une patine sortie tout droit des années 80....beurk

We didn't get to experience the room

The staff left the location and locked the doors before we arrived. Fair enough, we arrived after their stated check-in time, but they knew we had booked the location, had our phone numbers and had the ability to contact us through the Booking.com app - and did none of it. As a result, we had to spend 4 hours in the middle of the night trying to find (and pay for) new accommodation, while our kindergarten age kids were kept awake. Not a good experience at all. Next time, try to contact your missing guests before you lock and leave.

I booked this hotel because there were no available hotels during my visit. First of all I should say that building is located on main road, rooms are always noisy until 23:00 (even after sometimes). So if you are a light sleep person, that room wouldn't help your sleep. I had a portable AC in my room, when it runs, it makes a lot of noise so I preferred to don't use but open the windows, which makes my stay quite noisy during my stay. Daily cleaning was poor, it was mainly changing the sheets and replacing towels. I often found the shower not cleaned. An other thing was the wifi: in the building I stayed, I could connect the wifi but it never had internet. So I had to buy a prepaid swiss phone to solve my internet problem. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. There was a bit of a language barrier because I couldn't speak French, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.
