Proximity to the ocean/beach and the views.
On property food was very expensive and portions trended towards small. Need a car to easily access Palma and extended areas of Portals.

Naughty Suite ist an Sexiness kaum zu überbieten, wer etwas ausgefallenes möchte, ist hier richtig (es hat allerdings auch seinen Preis), absolut sauber und gepflegt, Lage des Hotels direkt an einem kleinen Strand/Bucht, fussläufig (7-10 Minuten) ist auch noch ein weiterer grösserer Strand zu finden, Puerto Portals ist gleich um die Ecke mit einer vielfältigen Gastronomie - besonders zu erwähnen Service & Dienstleistung im Hotel (Nina an der Rezeption / Guest Relation ist nicht nur in höchstem Maß aufmerksam & professionell, sondern auch selbst wirklich bezaubernd), ebenfalls der Restaurantleiter, der sich sämtliche Namen & Gesichter und Vorlieben merkt und einem hier das gewisse spezielle Gefühl gibt (was man bei 5 Sternen auch erwartet), Frühstück ist angemessen (eine gute Auswahl an Buffet und a la carte), Pool ist ruhig & schön - ohne laute Musik. Klare Empfehlung fürs Hotel & deren Mitarbeiter/innen!
Frühstück a la carte könnte von der Präsentation etwas liebevoller/anspruchsvoller angerichtet sein (dem Geschmack hat es keinen Abbruch getan, es ist tatsächlich Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau)

Le petit déjeuner est parfait ainsi que le personnel du parking et du spa.
Pas de chauffage et la période était froide, pas d’eau chaude le premier jour, piscine glaciale.
Une tache de café des prédécesseurs qui est restée la 5 jours.
Des sur facturations sur de la gratuité ou des produits que vous n’avez pas commandé et un vrai flou entretenu ? sur les tarifs annoncés, prix de la chambre, bar. Pas terrible pour le standing annoncé.

Teilweise sogar mit Live-DJ(alles sehr gechillt)
Schöne Poolanlage mit Wasserfall
Kurz nach der Eröffnung gab es nur Kleinigkeiten die aber alle schnell abzustellen sind.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing —5*. Very high standard of food selection

A good breakfast. there were no berries, strawberries, raspberries etc.
Melon seemed a bit too ripe.
It would help if the hotel booked a few loungers on the beach. You could ask guests to register the night before. Save having to get up early to put ones towel on a sun lounger.
I appreciate it is operated by a separate company however you could offer say 10% more.

The hotel was beautiful and our room with a beach view was wonderful. The staff made us feel very welcome and our glass of Champagne as we arrived was a very nice touch.
We felt it lacked a good lounge bar which we would have enjoyed before and after dinner…. for meeting other guests etc. The weather at the beginning of April is not always warm and there was nowhere to sit internally apart from our room.

shower flooded into the room, and the floor was not cleaned to the level you would expect at this level of hotel
also gym was far too warm

the art!! the interior is nice and it has a great view into the small bay.
the breakfast was exceptional. nice fresh food. the staff was lovely and overall we just felt great there.

the location was excellent as it was right on the beach
the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, had spillage on duvet and staff was unable to provide us with more duvets so we was given bed sheets to use. I had to ask 3 times on 2 separate days for a hot chocolate at breakfast it was ridiculous, the tv continuously stopped working as did the media hub for the music. the view was a brick wall. the hallways smelt like a care home and for the price it was definitely not worth it. not a 5 star, more like a 4 star

This list is far too LONG for this tiny box!! Excellent location, beautiful and a place you can certainly relax. Expensive but they deliver so who cares :) Sits on a little cove that gives you the dilemma between lovely pool and great beach… I would happily go again! A GREAT hotel!
I had one complaint that took too long to respond on. whilst the complaint was never resolved they did try to compensate the situation.
