Proximity to the beach. Jimmi & Shafic are great guys
Very rustic

Nice simple bungalows- close to the beach.
The food portions were very small compared to other places. They are still constructing the garden- so not such nice view.

The location is unbelievable, on the beach and good for sunset
Rats running in my room every night, my clothing got eaten and when explained to the receptionist she just smiled and was almost in shock, (not the first review to say this) she’s definitely aware. Not really willing to come up with any assistance. Left the moped bike key in the seating area of the hostel that I rented from them and the next morning was told there’s no key been found and no spare key and we would have to pay, we then paid and the bike key appeared quickly, it looked like the same one I’d left the night before in the bar - strange. The place also looks like an unfinished building site with the outside of the huts rough gravel/concrete with wooden planks sprawled on the floor etc. This place you simply pay for the location but I still think that doesn’t even compensate having rats running through your stuff every night. Staff are genuinely quite nice but wouldn’t stay again.

The people managing the place were really nice. Cheap price and good location right next to the beach.
Our bungalow was in very bad condition. It was not fully isolated, meaning that during the night there are rodents coming inside. There's a lot of noise. The wood is completely infested with termites and maybe other bugs, you can hear that too in the middle of the night. Also, the roof has holes (luckily it didn't rain we were in). There's only one electricity outlet and no water is provided to the guests unlike other places. I suspect that the mattress might have also had bugs because we woke up with several bites. Basically your only protection will be the mosquito net. You can probably find better places for a similar price (we actually did stay in many other better places in Thailand for equal or even less price).

The family owners are really friendly and the seafood is incredible - the owner is a fisherman and catches shrimp etc everyday. I was in a very basic room but it still had a decent enough hot shower and western toilet.

Firstly, this place is BEAUTIFUL! I, 22-year-old solo traveller, lived for a week in a wooden bungalow 20 meters from the sea. The bungalow had a small porch and the porch lowered roof that acted as a sunshade, there was even a hammock where I loved spending afternoons at; inside there was a large king size bed and a cute hang lamp at the window. Behind, there was a bathroom with toilet, shower and a sink. Outside, within 30 seconds, I was on a warm beach where it's either possible to sunbathe, go to a bar or observe the sun setting in the evening. The owners and staff were really helpful and friendly (they even ordered me a motorbike but I had to decline because I couldn't ride it. Tip: "bike" here means motorbike and "bicycle" the actual bicycle). I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who has not yet experienced staying in a bungalow almost in the middle of nowhere. I stayed for the first time and I felt completely immersed in the nature. And, again, the bungalow was just so pretty!

Incredible. If you are looking for a quite place with amazing beach and lovely sunsets this is a place to be. We planned to stay 4 nights, but end up with 10.
The bungalows are simple, situated a couple of meters from the beach. This all gives you a feeling of been a Robinson. The saff is another story - friendly, happy and always ready to help.
Jimmy and Shaafik (brothers) will take great care of you.
The restaurant is exceptional, the food is delicious (Massaman Curry the best I ever ate).
You can have dinner and admire and amazing sunset here. I saw a lot of people come to Seaview Culture during the day just to eat relax and the beach and have this amazing service.
Thank you so much. We will be back one day 100%.
Nothing, all was amazing.

The location is amazing! So nice and relaxing! we stayed in the concrete room with aircon and it was great. as you go in it is a little messy, but once you get out to the restaurant and beach it's perfect.

The staff were beyond exceptional. They help with anything you may need .I spent 5 weeks on Lanta all at Sea Culture. It became my home and it was very hard to leave. Lanta is a pretty laid back island and a stay of at least a week is recommended .There is nightlife if you want it.I would give it more stars if I could.
Leaving Sea Culture was very emotional for me as the staff had taken me into their hearts.
I will be back..

The location was lovely and I was very fortunate that my hut was the closest to the beach. The owner and staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was excellent.
The bathroom was perhaps a little too rustic, however it had a western toilet and a working shower (a bit leaky) and a functioning basin, so was adequate.

A beachfront resort that is owned by a very lovely local Thai family and not by some rich investor like most other beachfront resorts on Ko Lanta. Very nice vibe at the beach restaurant and bar. Good location.
the backyard is a bit messy and the bungalows are a bit old.

The most wonderful staff you can imagine. They are friendly and respectful and will arrange, whatever comes to your mind.
The beach bar is a phantastic place to relax or do some work. highly recommend, even if you’re staying in places close by.
The entire facility looks very unfinished. the courtyard is more or less a construction site, according to regular guests, nothing has changed much over the years. This would not take too much effort to develop and it seriously impedes on the quality of the stay.
No trash can in the room and even though the cans were piling up in front of the room, it was only cleaned once during my stay.

The host Da couldn’t do enough for us and the barman Mac kept the drinks flowing! It was a quiet cosy stay in the beach hut with a private bathroom. The property had its own beach bar and restaurant serving a huge menu of food and drinks.
There wasn’t a lock on the door, only a padlock to lock from the outside and a piece of string to tie and lock on the inside.

The hostess is so extremely kind!! Very helpful too
They have an excellent restaurant :)
Personally I love going back to basic whereas the huts were perfect for me
The property was under construction a bit, as is the rest of Lanta, they were hit hard by covid. Does not mean the place is less nice though, because the Koh Lanta laidback vibe and staff make up for that.

the bungalows were cute and well maintained! The location is in the middle of old town and the pier so scootering around is very easy! the staff were really nice and laid back, and the bar next door was awesome!
The bed could have been comfier, the blanket was more like a towel, and for my partner and I it was very hot with no AC (which we knew before hand). We ended up leaving the property early since we could not sleep in the heat but the owner did not give a refund for the other two nights so maybe pay at the time not ahead of time!

This guesthouse give directly on the beach, and the beach is really beautifull.
The owner are very nice.
The food is good.
The bungalow are rustic but nice.
The bungalow would be better with mostico net on the windows and curtain for more intimity.
The garden could be very beautiful with more care to hide the work in progress around.
With few things this place could be perfect for those who like to be close to nature and near a relax beach.

Right from the start I was surrounded with smiles and laughter ! Location right on the beach and the huts were Very Authentic .
I mean it’s picky but the pillows were a bit lumpy and the pipe work under the sink leaked .

Staff were very helpful at all times .
