About this house rental
Situated in Lincoln City, this lovely house for $1,126 per night is a great option for your next break. Oceanfront Home in Lincoln City with rare double lot grassy yard overlooking the sand and surf. Two Big Oceanfront living rooms with 75" High Def big screen & Foosball. Perfect for groups of 16. Huge private grass yard overlooking the beach is perfect for an oceanfront BBQ or croquet tournament. Only 3 stairs to enter the main living area. Besides the kitchen the upper family room has a kitchenette and dining table for playing games & puzzles or enjoying early morning coffee and watching the colorful clouds over the ocean. Large stone mantel with gas fireplace and wall to wall windows overlooking the beach. Gaze at the Sunsets, moonlight over the ocean and whale spouts . Colorful kites are always in view from inside the house & from the large picket fenced yard and brick patio overlooking the surf . It has a Gazebo and several wooden Adirondack chairs for outdoor lounging. There is 1 King bed, 5 Queens beds, 4 twins. Two of the bedrooms and a bath are on the main entry floor. The kitchen is nicely stocked with just about everything you'll need to create a masterpiece for the gang! Kids love the magic of the secret attic and window box seats for games or reading. Beach access is approx 5 houses to the North (D River Wayside). Please, No weddings or rental furniture. There are plenty of chairs for 16 guests. We work extra hard to sanitize every surface and have contact-less check in. Please avoid leaving a single night gap July - Aug.

Due to various issues for several of our group we were unable to fill this large house as we had intended. But, it would easily have accomodated 15. It's an intriguing home with lots of nooks and crannies. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and the kitchen contains just about everything thing by way of dishes, glasses and cooking equipment you could possibly need. Although it is very small we turned out several meals everyday with no problems. Only warning regarding this house would be the stairs. Although there is a spacious living room, bathroom and bedrooms on the main floor, if your group wants to spend time together you will need to be able to climb stairs. The view is indescribably beautiful and the managers are 100% available and more than happy to help out with any problem large or small. Our final rating is 10+. A great time was had by all!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of space for us all. It was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Even though we did not have kids with us, I kept thinking this would be a perfect place to come back with the kids. The check in and out was seamless. Thank you

This property is perfect for large groups and/or families. Lots of room to spread out including an upstairs loft with large TV, deck, and separate kitchen. The large lawn overlooking the ocean is to die for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location and view were outstanding and the home was very clean. The kids loved the many hiding and secret spots. The woodwork and decor made it an interesting place to hang out. The views from the wrap around windows were lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The only down side was that the mattresses were saggy. But the beauty of the area outweighed the uncomfortable beds. We had a wonderful time together.

It was a lovely home, and the upstairs was like an apartment with its own entry. The downstairs kitchen was a little small, but we made it work. We enjoyed all of the outside chairs and the upper deck. Our Family Reunion rotates between four locations and everyone was in favor of coming back here. We had 6 adults and 3 children.

The property was amazing!
Lots of great space to gather as a large group as well as little nooks everywhere if you wanted some time to read or just enjoy the sound/view of the ocean. Lots of laughter and fun was shared amongst our family.
Our only "issue" was the house smelled strongly of fish/crab. It almost seemed like it was coming from the refrigerator. The smell did not go away during our stay. But that did not effect how much we loved the house and our time there.

This house was absolutely wonderful for our family vacation with 14. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect. We will definitely book again. The only negative was the small BBQ, it would have been nice to have a larger bbq for our group.

We enjoyed all the places to gather or be alone for naps, etc. Great location, as we made trips to Neskowin, Tillamook, Newport and Depoe Bay. Beautiful views of ocean and sunsets. Beautiful house, amazing views and so much fun! We had ages 4-91 (16 of us) and had a great time. No real negatives but a few suggestions and heads up for other large groups. There is nowhere to hang clothes and very little storage in any bedrooms for your stuff. It would be great on your rentals if you had floor plans of the homes, this one was a bit different from the photos and description I got. It worked though! Need to stock a bit more tp and paper towels for a full-house rented 5 days.

We enjoyed our stay at the house in Lincoln City. Pier 101 is just across the street - great food! The house has an excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean! We never did figure out where the path was to the beach that's suppose to be 5 houses down but we did walk down the street past the hotel and entered the beach from the parking area. The house is nice and i would consider staying there again.

We had a large group and appreciated the amount of seating in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Kitchen was a bit small but well stocked and clean. Bedrooms were nice and private. Several were set up for families with small children. The house was neat and tidy. The woodwork in the home was beautiful and kind of interesting. This is a true craftsman home.. Thanks for sharing the history of this home.
The yard and all the Adirondack chairs is awesome! My only surprise was beach access was further away than what I expected. Pictures kind of made the yard look level with the beach and that is not the case.

We had a multi-generational girls-only family beach trip during my granddaughters’ spring break. Although it was chilly outside, we really enjoyed the home, especially the huge fireplace! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us, the two little ones enjoyed all the nooks and giddy holes to be found, and there were even enough bathrooms for so many girls, lol. Thank you for opening your home to us. Hope to return sometime in the future, maybe when the weather is warmer. 😉

Large living spaces upstairs and downstairs that overlook an amazing ocean view. The downstairs space has a cozy gas fireplace. No master bedroom and the bathrooms upstairs don't have locks on the doors. There are also no curtains on upstairs bedrooms facing the road so light might be an issue sleeping. Plenty of space for kids, parents, and grandparents. We had a wonderful time!

View is fab. Plenty big for 4 couples. Lots of space to gather, and space to split up. Building is old, so both has cool little corners as well as not level floors and older pipes. But generally well worth it, would go back again!

The bathroom on the main floor is a very tight squeeze for elderly or overweight people. Also the are stair going into the living room on the main floor. But it would be a great rental for families without handicap needs.

We enjoyed staying here during December. We spent a lot of time just staring out the windows at the rain falling on the ocean. The house is first rate. Any age will find their own fun here. The craftsmanship of the interior is like a museum. This place has it all. We will return. :-)
