Our stay at the Simon Hotel was pleasant and convenient to places we wanted to see by bus or boat.

The beds and facilities in the room was adequate and usable. Breakfast was nice, with a wide range of eateries to choose from. Overall room and breakfast was good

I didn’t like the carpet in the room which on entry looked clean but was actually filthy with stains and not pleasant on the eye, the same with the curtains, BOTH NEED CHANGING At the plaza level there is a mat which is a trip hazard and needs replacing ASAP

Pre-stay customer service needs to improve but would happily stay again

Beautifully presented, airy rooms and a fantastic balcony for breakfast. It has the perfect location by the cruise pier (but needs a taxi to get to the cruise terminal). Staff were friendly and helpful, including arranging taxis and storing luggage.

Pre-stay enquiries were awful and nearly led to me cancelling the trip. Messages were not responded to, and when a response and offer was given, it was never followed up. This needs to be addressed.

Great view, terrific people in the heart of the city.

Front desk staff were amazing and helpful. With a sea view (which we had) we got to see ships coming in!

A small detail: the bar/restaurant (where we ate both nights) staff was perhaps overworked as service was surprisingly slow.

Excellent location with excellent views. The majority of the staff spoke and/or understood English making it very hospitable to visitors.

Rooms were a bit small. Restaurant had limited food options.

All TV was in French. When we booked we were not told dining for the night was fully booked.

cozy hotel in martinique for short or long stay

wish we could stay here longer. This time we stayed only for one night. I was happy with the room, dinner at the restaurant. The food was exceptional. The ambience of the restaurant also cozy. Room we had was a connecting room. Quite spacious. Clean hotel. There's a coffee maker inside the room, safe deposit box. It took us only 20 mins from the airport at night, 15 minutes going from hotel to airport in the morning.

On day one was told reservations were needed to eat at the restaurant, this should've been told to us at check in as only two of us could eat. The rooms took time to be cleaned

Amazing staff, and great location

Friendly staff, nice hotel great decor, beautiful lounge area, and bar. Great breakfast. The bedroom is very comfortable. Very clean. The hotel is close to the shopping and restaurants. Short walk to get a ferry to visit other parts of the island.

I just found the bathrooms a bit small, and probably would have asked for a room on the other side of the hotel for a better view but mostly for less noise from the town.

Very nice. Quiet hotel. I had a nice view too. Very friendly staff. I will stay there again

At the restaurant the food was good. Only thing was that they did have all available from the menu. I managed to feed myself though. Breakfast was very good too. Enough I would say. Something for everyone.

We’ll be back!

The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Excellent breakfast and dinner by the hotel terrace, great views.

Good hotel

Nice view from the room. You can see the Caribbean Sea. It's close to the bus station and ferry station. Receptionist was very helpful and nice. It's a good hotel with good service.

Breakfest was quite poor.

not much of a gym (tiny room with 2 elliptical and 2 treadmills, no weights or strength training, let alone space to stretch) so manage your expectations? good for their water filter though!

Comfortable for a short / city stay

Comfortable stay, with a good bed and clean room. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I was there on a Sunday and there was no option to have dinner (not even room service). Everything closed outside so I could not have dinner and the hotel did not find any solution. A bit disappointing. A hotel like this should have room service 24/7.

Parfait pour une nuit de noces! Perfect for a wedding night <3

La special attention pour notre nuit de noces <3 la chambre spacieuse tres grande - le ptit dej etait bon aussi mais tres peu de choix probablement a cause de Covid donc peut etre reduire le cout , mais tres bon "court" moment :)
