Location, cleanliness , helpful reception lady
Try to improve — As water cattle was not clean, low quality bed sheet & pillow + with more like polyester covers (in living room).

Good location with a 20 minute walk into town. Nice underground car parking and easy check in. Well equipped apartment with nice balcony.
Couldn’t connect to WiFi. Slightly uncomfortable sofa bed.
