Antonio was a great host. The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

The walk from the centre of Tropea - no footpaths!

It was a reasonably easy walk to the historic center with the bars and restaurants, the room itself was large and comfortable with a nice balcony. The whole place was clean and the wifi was good. The water was hot for the shower and there was plenty of shower gel and soap. Free parking and a nice selection of plants surrounding the building made the outside pleasant.

There is a step in the bathroom that you had to remember when visiting at night.

Everything was perfect. clean, comfortable, beautiful area and Antonio was very helpful. he picked me up and dropped me off at the train station and was readily a available for everything I needed. Perfetto:)

Everything was very good at the residence...cleanliness, the host who gave us very good advice about everything, secure parking, everything.

The only thing we didn't like is that although it's not far from the historical centre, the road is a bit dangerous to go on foot...

the staff were very nice and gave us information about the place, some tips which we found useful to go around. the room was clean and comfortable, pillows a bit hard for us but otherwise, good breakfast and great location.

Great place to stay in Tropea. Antonio was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There is car parking available and it’s a 10 min walk to Tropea’s Center.

Residenza Arena is a wonderful place to stay in Tropea. The kictchen has everything you need and the air conditioner is more than adequate in the summer. The location is very close to the town and the beach. If you need to know anything or need help with activities, Antonio will help you. This is our second time staying here and we hope for more in the future.

There was free parking available on-site. Bathroom was quite spacious. Late checkin without any problems.

Very friendly and helpful host. Accommodation is in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the stunning old-town. We were able to machine-wash our clothes on site at no extra charge which was great. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, thanks Antonio!

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay, the accommodation met all of our expectations (and exceeded them in terms of the clothes washing!)

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen to whip up your own Italian dinner. Apartment complex is located a good 10-15 min walk from the city center and about another 10-15 to the beach. Car parking is right at the property and super convenient, also for instance to take the car to the beach.

The owner was excellent. We decided to stay a 2nd night but he didn’t have space so he phone around his friends, found somewhere, got the price down for us & said we could leave our motorbike parked in his secure parking area if we needed to. Over & above what he could be expected to do.

Antonio the is very helpful, Nice and clean rooms, and a very good parking space for cars and motorcycles, to add it all up residence arena is just minutes walk from center.

The location was good, just a 2 minute drive to the center. Nice shower, good WiFi, good , firm bed. Ample parking space. The area is quiet.

Coordinates work better for the GPS than the street address. Everything else was very good.

It was a very pleasant stay. Antonio, the host, was very helpful and recommended a very good restaurant to us. The restaurant wasn’t too expensive, the price-quality ratio was very good. Antonio also gave us a city map and gave us some nice recommendations of things to do. It was an amazing experience!

If there was one remark we had it was that the showers were a bit on the small side but other than that everything was great

The place is as advertised and was convenient to all locations by car, just 5 minutes. Very clean and secure. Parking is free and right by your apartment within gates. We saved money by being able to make breakfast and some other meals because of the kitchen. There was also a very nice outside area to sit at to eat or enjoy a drink. Another unused feature by most guests is the upstairs deck where there is a nice view of the water. The laundry was clean and available and in good working order. It was free and they even had detergent and fabric softener there at no charge. I would recommend this place for people who want a pleasant vacation and are on a budget.

People should be aware that if they choose to walk into town, which is close, there are very few sidewalks for a lot of the way. That being said, there were lots of people walking into town and it was obvious they were very comfortable doing so.
