Description didn’t match the room

Breakfast was simple but tasty

We booked a room where the description had room for family of 4. We also confirmed via message that the room would sleep 4. When we arrived they do not have such a room. Front desk eventually gave us two rooms but wasn’t particularly helpful.

The rooms were well kept and clean. At first the receptionist wasn't as nice but she became nice later so I think that's a plus. The food was also really nice as well especially the breakfast we had.

As mentioned before the service was not as great but in the end it was decent and the people became nicer. The shower heads were not working properly and neither was the WiFi at some point. There was no barrier to stop the water from going everywhere in the bathroom which was annoying.

Good choice in Casa

Breakfast is good (food and restaurant). Bedrooms are standard but comfortable.

there are better options than this hotel.

Still the same problem of discrepencie between booking.com charges and the actual hotel invoices. I gave up trying to understand why. I will juste use another hotel. There ate cheaper and better options out there. With better rooms, no extra costs other than what booking charges.

Unhappy with the internet situation and the staff attitude to try to solve this situation.

Wi-fi was not working on my room and the staff was unable to fix it.

Ok hotel, good for 1 overnight. Communication with hotel was not good.

Location, general decor.

Staff wasn’t welcoming. Never answered my questions about airport shuttle on Booking, IG DM or WhatsApp. There were 2 separate sections of the hotel that wasn’t made clear.

Probably not a good choice for most business travelers.

The hotel is well located, close to town, and a great Thai restaurant with excellent food is nearby. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful—especially the waiting staff in the hotel bar and restaurant. Breakfast is ok; although I don't eat breakfast, the coffee was fine.

There was a party until 11:30 on the first night of our stay, which was extremely noisy and annoying. This may not be a bad thing if you stay up late and/or like to go to the bar, but if you're staying for business and need to get your sleep and/or you have traveled a long way to be there, then this isn't necessarily a great experience. Of course, these types of events make money for the hotel, and it's a management business choice to host an event like this, but this would make the hotel less useful for business travelers. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room which is a minimum expectation nowadays; the hotel aims to make money by forcing you to purchase drinks from the bar, which isn't a good business strategy and affects the perception of the professionalism of the management. The lift is of a basic design, and the door keeps jamming open on the sixth floor, which stops the lift from working. The staff know this but haven't taken action on it (I discovered it on the first day). On the second occasion for us, at 5.20 am, I had to walk to the sixth floor to close it so we could use the lift to go downstairs to get our taxi. The internet isn't the quickest and drops off in the outdoor area away from the bar.

Super stay

The receptionist Asma was very helpful and friendly. The room was extra comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. Room service is quick. Chef Samir is happy to cook home made food that was super delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room is actually good and bed is also good, restaurent is good with Excellent vibes and decoration.

Room Carpet was smelly, they charged me for extra taxes not much just 2$/night and had to pay it in cash up front, when cheching my invoice the taxes were already paid through Booking, so that cash payment was a scam.

The bed was very comfortble and the sheets/duvet were lovley and soft. The bathroom was great too, clean spacious and modern. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast good too, they are not wasteful. They put out just enough on the buffet and refill as needed. A fair selection available and good table service.

Two bath towels and an extra toilet roll is needed in the bathroom. Only one available.
