Superb

like your place and we feel very comfortable. Perhaps you install some kind of Moskito net in front of the sleeping rooms and jealousine in the entrance. We also needed something to Rap our Parmesan. Hot water in the kitchen would be nice, but it's really no problem to take it from the bathroom, thinking about the CO2 neutrality and your solar panel. These points are really only some hints, we will leave you five stars.

Very poor

Close to the beach.

Apartment with "tarrace" on ground floor with window from the WC of neighbour on this tarrace. So every time some of neighbourhs was in the toilet...you were joining him :(. October-weather so...so, during 5 days only 3 times during the day there was hot water in the shower, cause there is 1 solar panel for 5 apartaments...so if you want to take a shower on the evening or in the morning -be sure there will be only cold water. Only 1 of 5 apartamenty has sea view, so even you book sea view...never be sure you will get it --> but don't be worry -beach and sea is just 30 seconds walk.

Nothing special.

Really good location, fantastic beach is right outside the door. Used the barbecue outside a few times - that was fun. The apartment is nothing special, what special is the location. Outside showers are really useful after returning from the beach. A/C, washing machine work well.

Fix sanitation - there is always a smell in the apartment. Wifi is basically non-existent, it's extremely weak. Beds are not great. Expected more from hosts regarding ideas, tips on where to go to eat, what to do and how, where to rent a car from etc.

Good parking, walking distance from the beach

The pictures and location on Booking are very accurate. The location with private parking and the outdoor terrace is perfect for beach holidays. The family atmosphere around the complex. Possibility to play outside and run around for children. Laundry room, grill. Easy check-in and fast response times.

The apartment is missing some kitchen equipment (e.g. scissors, tongs, small bowls for cereal or fruit, dishcloths). The bathroom needs some air freshener (the owner told us about the smell that comes and goes, so they know it, thus the air freshener should be a given). All night tables should have the corresponding lamp, an extra shelf would not hurt (5 people for a week need more place for their stuff), and additional sockets would be needed (5 people = 5 phones/tablets to charge overnight). The door can’t be locked from the inside without disconnecting all lights from the apartment because the door and electricity keys are locked together.

Winter isolation experience

Being close to the water, the ocean. Thankfully we discovered Zingaro. That place made it worth our stay.

It was not a welcoming town. Seemed deserted, because of winter. Everything was shut down. Would have felt more welcoming to have someone tell us about what was open and what sites we could check out.

It's a paradise.

We stayed in this place for 12 days. Road from airport takes about 40 minutes. We arrived later enough, because our flight was delayed. The owner met us and placed us despite such a late time. The apartments are very clean and cosy. There is a good kitchen corner. The kitchen has everything you need to cook food. We had a wonderful holiday here. The owner and his wife are very welcoming people. The apartments are located close to the supermarket and different cafes. It was really lovely vacation. We will definitely return to you again.
