It was elegant and tasteful with so many details to delight the eye. Thoughtful touches everywhere - lovely large rooms, beautiful roof deck and breakfast area. Breakfast was wonderful: fresh fruits, homemade plum cake, croissants, biscuits, salumeria, cheeses.
Completely convenient to the historic center and delightfully hosted by Stefano and Valentina!
We have traveled widely and this was one of the most exceptional places we’ve ever stayed.
Nothing - everything was perfect.

Located in the very heart of the city center, this boutique hotel is a perfect mix of traditional architecture and the most classy and sexy contemporary interior design. Okay, the room was spacious and comfy and gorgeous, but that's not the point: THE POINT are the super chic roof terrace AND the back garden, both simply ideal for enjoying the evening with a bottle of wine (did I mention this place has its own wine cellar/cave?! Gosh!!!). We spent two nights in Vieste and didn't even go out one night because this place was so utterly delightful. The breakfast was also delicious; everything is home-made and yummy! We decided to eat a bit later one morning, so Stefano and Valentina, the young couple who is running the place, packed us a breakfast lunch-box, and then we had a picnic on the beach. Also, parking is always tricky in old city centers, but S&V found an easy, elegant, safe (and free!) solution – and after three weeks of traveling around Italy I can assure: that is RARE and saves a bunch of stress, hassle and money. Congratulazioni, ragazzi!
My ONLY suggestion would be: invest in some better sound-proof windows facing the inner courtyard. Because of the way the house is built, the sound carries strongly, so the minute the breakfast starts you get woken up. I imagine this is not a problem for early risers, but I'm not one, so that was not ideal.

Refurbished with style and taste! Property is managed, by young couple, with passion and dedication…
Whilst the dedication to local wines is appreciated, a wider selection of wines from Puglia would be great…

Best place! A little pearl in the center of Vieste with the perfect location right next to the beautiful old town. Modern, clean, boutique style. The sweet owners are helpful with everything. One of the best places that we have stayed ever. It has it all just by simple good taste. A super bonus for wine lovers is that you can get orange wine in the rooms. Nice big beds- the place could supplement with a blanket to the sheets as we from the cold north are used to sleeping with a little more than a sheet :-)
We liked everything

We enjoyed the warm welcome of the hosts who are extremely passionate about their beautiful boutique accommodation. We received great restaurant recommendations and there was a selection of wines in our room available to purchase at reasonable prices. The room was super spacious, very modern and it had great views over the marina. The location of the accommodation is excellent, right next to the entrance of the old town. The hosts prepared an excellent breakfast in the morning which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Everything was excellent!!

We loved everything about it. It is such a special place. Our room/apartment was so spacious and comfortable. I love how they have combined a sort of hotel experience and a BNB. They do it to perfection. You can tell they put their heart into this place. There are only six rooms. I got to see most of them and they are all spacious and wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large with great water pressure. We had an amazing view with a balcony. Each room that I saw had its own outdoor space. There is also a rooftop terrace and a garden with a hammock. The location was perfect. So convenient to everything. Just a short walk to Pizzomunno beach. Breakfast was amazing. So many homemade treats, pastries, cookies, jams. There were also some savory options. Fresh squeezed orange juice, if you wanted it and delicious coffee. We loved it all. We were so sad to leave. The best part is the warmness of Stefano and Valentina. They made us feel so at home and comfortable. They helped us whenever we needed anything. We loved our breakfast time chats with them. They are my favorite hosts and this was my favorite place that we stayed in on our month long trip to Puglia.
Nothing. It was perfect!

Everything perfect. We were a larger group of ten people and everyone was satisfied with the accommodation. We had four children with us and great satisfaction. Everything perfectly clean and ready. Exclusive breakfast. Valentina is beautiful and cheerful, nothing is a problem for Valentina. Stefano friendly and kind.
We made a lot of use of the terrace on the roof with overlooking the sea. The accommodation has style and is beautiful

I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case will make an exception. The property is run by an extraordinarily thoughtful couple. To provide context, they provided even more attention and consideration than we received at the St.Regis in Venice. That said, at the dimora it feels like you are being hosted rather than managed. They do an excellent job considering the little things.
For instance, the hotel provides parking on premise. Given the parking situation in the town, I cannot stress how invaluable this would be high season.
The hotel is also filled with charming fabrics, sculptures and ceramics from the area. Breakfast is similarly filled with wonderful local products. I didn’t try the wine, but given their excellent taste I’m sure it is wonderful. I did have a massage.
The massage was excellent. I cannot recommend it more strongly.

EVERYTHING !!! The stuff was sooooo welcoming and nice, helped us with everything we asked quickly and efficiently. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. You could feel that the managing staff really cared for the place and the people visiting. Breakfast was AMAZING, delicious and made with excellent ingridients from the local kitchen. We had a problem with the toilets, and it was fixed in no time. We definately want to come back and enjoy the place, and the excellent location, Thank you !!

Such a great find in Vieste! We were expecting a convenient, comfortable guesthouse/apartment building but this place offers so much more. From the moment we arrived, Stefano and Valentina were so welcoming and well versed in going the extra mile for the guests. As well as upgrading our room, they whatsapped us a really insightful guide of local highlights, restaurant recommendations and introduction to their amenities - all of which was really appreciated. Don't miss the quaint little chill out/relaxing space upstairs, massage facilities and a rooftop- that's a great spot to take in Vieste. The room we were given was huge, clean and very comfortable with modern bathrooms, the breakfast is full of actually homemade (in house) local delicacies and you're only a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants (but it's still perfectly quiet at night to sleep). Thank you Stefano and Valentina!

Beautiful property in the perfect location. It’s literally steps away from the old town where there are lovely little alleys to explore full of restaurants, shops and great views. Stefano was an amazing host with great communication and lots of helpful recommendations. Breakfast was lovely and our room was very comfortable. Make sure to take advantage of the rooftop patio for a drink and a view of the city!

Stefano and Valentino excellent hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Went the extra mile. Breakfast was delightful - excellent baked goods and local produce. Lovely touch of pasta gift and home made biscuits in the room.
Location brilliant. Close to both the Old Town, the coast and main street.
Accomodation full of character.
Room with balcony, sofa and seaview simply wonderful. Lots of character and charm. Very comfortable bed.

What can I say, everything was great. Central location, close to everything, spacious and clean room. The renovated building respecting the local style and the original structure makes the experience unique. The breakfast is delicious, homemade every day with local ingredients. Stefano and Valentina were really kind, not only with regard to the B&B, but always available for information avout Vieste and to try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Stefano and Valentina were amazing. They provided us with a list of local recommendations before our arrival which allowed us to plan our trip perfectly. They also assisted with booking some activities. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with extremely comfortable beds. Location was perfect next to the old town and a 7 minute walk to the harbour. Breakfast was amazing!

There are not enough words to describe our wonderful experience at Dimora Cumma Mari.
Let’s begin with the hosts, Stefano and Valentina, and their incredible warmth. They were both there to help with recommendations as well as booking any local reservations we needed. My husband and I were enjoying ourselves so much, we decided to stay an extra night to celebrate my birthday there. The rooms are a luxurious combination of ancient meets modern. The breakfast is lovely with local pastries, cheeses, fruits, coffee and espresso made to order. The location is on a charming street filled with cafes and restaurants, incredible views, and close proximity to the entire historic center. It is a short walk to the port, where Stefano had booked our amazing boat tour of the Gargano sea caves. Pizzomunno beach is also reachable on foot, as well as beautiful little swimming coves.
We will be back next summer!

As a previous commentator has written, I would not usually give somewhere 10 out of 10 but there was really nothing wrong with this lovely place. Stefano and Valentina went out of their way to help us and welcome us. From meeting the car in a local street (phone out of power and a bit lost) to helpful suggestions of places to visit and a useful WhatsApp guide, they really could not be faulted for their enthusiastic and warm welcome. The room was beautiful… Large and airy with a fantastic bed (extremely comfortable). Beautiful views over the harbour and despite the busy street below totally silent at night once the shutters were closed. good Aircon although the size of the room meant that it stayed generally quite cool… A peaceful little garden in which to relax on a hammock and just enjoy the ambience of this busy, bustling holiday town. Breakfast was delicious… A range of home-made pastries and jams as well as freshly pressed juice. we thoroughly enjoyed a boat trip around the coves and followed Stefano’s recommendation to a gorgeous and relatively and uncrowded beach with very clear water. A great advantage was being able to park our car above the hotel. An advantage enjoyed I gather by only some of the rooms unfortunately. I would recommend following Stephano’s advice on restaurants as there are a great number which vary in quality. We eat at two excellent places on his list. We wish both Stefano and Valentina the very best with this project and they deserve to do very well.
Nothing.

This was by far one of, if not the best BnB we have ever stayed in. You feel right at home after Stefano & Valentina welcomed you into their lovely Dimora. There is always a smile on their faces and you get first-hand recommendations about Vieste which always have been spot on. The accomodation was very welcoming with it's style and it was always perfectly cleaned, even after we (unintentionally of course) flooded our apartment with some sand from the beach. The size of the room we chose was extremely big and the air conditioning was extremly efficient and silent. The location is excellent; you are right "on top" of Vieste and there's only a few minutes by feet to great restaurants, bars and beaches. The breakfast is phenomenal, it's all local & seasonal and we loved the cake(s) provided by Stefanos mom, as well as the "out-of-this-world"-coffee. I could go on and on and on about what we liked, but I guess it's faster to check what we did not like.. ;-) In conclusion; your search for the perfect BnB in Vieste is over - you have found it.
Thanks again for the beautiful stay and all the best!
There is absolutely nothing to improve. Usually I tend to write at least some negative aspects as people don't quite believe reviews that only list positive things, but in this case there simply is not a single negative point to list. If there is one place in the area of Puglia I will recommend without hesitation, it's this one.
