Good stay for one or two days for solo/couple travellers!!!

Walking distance to railway station, bus station Cabs, autos are easily gettable Room spacious is good Coffee was delicious

No alcohol on premises, plus they do not also get us from outside Breakfast was okay Tea was pathetic No hand towels Bathroom curtain small- water come nearby floor after taking bath No long mirrors

The room had an unpleasant odor, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't meet our expectations either. The staff appeared to be irresponsible, and our experience during the buffet breakfast was quite unsatisfactory.

Beautiful experience and would definitely recommend others.

The hotel is luxurious and quite clean. We liked the room service provided, and the hotel is in the city's center, which helped us navigate easily to the bus stand or train station. The local autos and taxis also found it easy to locate Apollo Dimora while dropping us back at the hotel. The food/buffet for breakfast and dinner was awesome. We did not see such variety of food anywhere else while our stay in Kerala.

We landed in Trivandrum by 6 am and reached the hotel in 35-40 mins. Although the check-in time was 11 am, we requested the person at reception to allot us a room because our booking was confirmed. But he did not allot us a room. We had to wait until 12-1 pm, and then check-in. It would be great if they could consider early check-in.

Great!!

Location was best..just opposite to the railway station. Market area for shopping and padmanabha swamy temple everything were quite close by..with uber auto it was very easy. Staff were very helpful, very clean and spacious rooms. Overall very Good!

Exceptional

The staff are very nice and friendly. They oblige happily to help with any requests. The hotel is in the centre of the town and so easy to get to nearby places. The hotel is very clean.

Bad experience will think twice before recommending or staying at this property

I believe the staff are not well trained in handling international customers. Communication was poor and I had to vacate my room way ahead of what was discussed. I felt the manager Mr.Bharath Nair was rude and not customer friendly. Good orders took more than 45-50 mins which caused delays to our plan . The room that was allocated had AC condenser issues which caused water to drip from the false ceiling.
