Almost all of the facilities and amenities..
The room was clean and tidy.. Kitchen and bathrooms as well..
Only one thing about the backyard or garden, need to be maintained, so guests can sit and relax at outside..

Great location for husband and son who love MTB and for me and the girls to easily get to town. Adults, can use the gym too! Shared bathrooms were clean. Kitchen is a bit old but we are so glad to have it and be able to keep food cold and cook for our family to save money.
Beds are a bit hard but we slept well.

Was comfortable for our family, the room was clean, it can get cold, However the room had a heater and extra blankets which help. Rooms had code locks which made us feel safe. Matt was very friendly and helpful.

I like the location
hygiene not good . not enough blanket in this cold weather and that heater not working perfectly as it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night

Easy walk along the river to main street 5-10min.
Heaps of parking space.
Only one other family staying when we were there so lounge waas comfortable with free WiFi and Netflix
The bedding was clean and comfortable but the mattress is very firm and vinyl covered
