It has seen emense growth in the last 10 years. Located in the Ozark Mountains, The Mark Twain National Forest backs up to Ozark and surrounds the area. Great local hiking is at the Busick state park just 8 miles south of Ozark. Beautiful wild flowers and creeks a great place for mushroom hunting and observing wildlife it's a relaxing getaway.
